The WORST experience I've ever had at a mattess/pillow place! I finally find the pillow I want after trying several so the "new guy" rings up the sale. Told me I'd get 30% off cause it's on sale, told me they had in stock but only found our after paying, NOT in stock and NOT on sale. New guy doesn't know the answers to my ?s and the other guy there doesn't help him ring me up. I proceed with paying $200 cash for my pillow but new guy rings it up as paying exact amount so neither guy knew how to give me change!!!!! I then listen to them having a side bar conversation about it for 10mins while they TRY and figure out which they never did so I take my $ off new guys desk and tell them cancel my order and leave the store!!!! This explains why place was deserted. New guy needs PROPERLY TRAINED b4 waiting on people and ither guy SHOULD have helped him! Then I come home and my husband says he purchase for me online the they charged his account the same amount 4x!!!!!!!! Pending posta on his bank account!!!!! Nightmare with these people!...

We go through the whole shebang of testing the beds etc. and spend over an hour talking it all out with the store MANAGER and make our purchase at this point, feeling at ease that everything is going to be awesome and go smoothly. At no point whatsoever did the manager have a conversation with us about the perimeters needed to get the items up stairs and into bedrooms. This pain point could have been avoided if customer satisfaction was prioritized when training sales persons. We were under a false impression at the point of sale that everything could be taken apart to get up the stairs. The frame was a few inches short, the delivery men left and the house is in disarray and there is no solution to our problem. At least we were able to get a full refund and it wasn’t too much of a hassle, hence two stars instead of...
Read moreThese beds are okay for a month, maybe a year — before they break. BUYER BEWARE.
If you want to spend $5,000+ on a mattress and another $5,000 on repairs and replacements down the line, this is the place for you. If you want a reliable bed that doesn’t need to be plugged in or constantly serviced? Look elsewhere.
My experience — and many others’ — is the same: the bed starts deflating or malfunctioning, and suddenly you’re stuck waiting weeks for support, and often paying hundreds just to get it fixed. Imagine spending all that money for a bed that doesn’t even hold air. It’s a joke.
Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. Go...
