Thread Salon — Attraction in Murphy

After countless visits to Thread Salon, I can certainly attest that this establishment can only get better every time. I am writing this after being a customer for more than a decade.

Thread Salon has allowed for not only me, but for my family (even my grandmother!) to experience friendly smiles and great service. The staff is always trying their best and wants to make sure the customer gets exactly what they envisioned, and in order to do so- they communicate and check in on each other to make sure they are doing right by you. They definitely will try their best to accommodate and answer you questions or concerns. Having to train for a job like this takes a lot of learning so any human can understand when a second hand is needed.

I can attest that the staff brings forth the utmost professionalism and although they speak in their language, it is simply to communicate- nothing more or less.

I have been coming to this salon for more than 5 years, and today's experience was so horrible I will not be returning. A lady was being serviced before me and she asked for tint on her eyebrows, the owner applied the tint and told the lady she would need to wait 10 minutes. During this waiting time I was called up for my service, just eyebrows. The owner took about 30-45 seconds to do my eyebrows, which is very quick. I checked in the mirror and there were hairs everywhere! I pointed out the areas that needed attention she quickly ran the thread and ran over to the lady with tint on her brows. She asked me while she was finishing up the other lady if I wanted lotion. The next person waiting for service was being called up by the gentleman at the register to come and sit in my chair. All the ladies @ Thread Salon are beyond amazing, kind, and true professionals who do great work. My mom and I have been coming to this Salon for 10+ years for our threading, waxing and facials. I drive all the way from Frisco (about 35 minutes) just to come here, that shows you how great they are! On top of all of that, there’s no way you can find a salon that has affordable pricing like them. Sejal (the owner) truly cares about each and every client, she goes above and beyond to provide great service and make people happy. I don’t understand the negative reviews here, people make mistakes it’s human nature. So before leaving a bad review, you should talk to Sejal or any of the other employees about your service or any concern, I am sure they will be happy to correct it and take care of you.
