My wife and I purchased our first place about a year ago and we were looking for some art to hang in our condo. I looked online at endless amounts of prints and pictures and couldn't really find anything that seemed to go with the look that had going. I went into the Framing Establishment and talked with John, the owner of the location, and he bent over backwards to help us find something that fit our place. The thing that impressed me about John is that he had complete trust and let me walk out the door with his entire Winn Devon catalog so that I could show my wife some of the pictures that I thought looked good.
When it came to ordering a picture John went the extra mile and helped us expand the size of the print so that it would fill the space we were going for. John then personally came over to our condo and hung 6 separate pieces, a few of which we did not purchase from his place. The prices at this place are very reasonable and the quality of the work is superb. Since I rarely hang a picture it really helped to have someone who does it day-in and day-out do it for our place. I highly recommend the Framing Establishment not only for their selection of art and framing services but also for their...

I brought in two papyrus art pieces. One smaller and one on the larger side. I've been wanting floating frames for them since 2018. The owner spent about half an hour taking his time to show me different frame options. He was patient when I went back and forth with my ideas. He also explained ways to make the project budget friendly.
I am beyond happy with how the two pieces turned out. I also brought in a painting that was taken off of the wooden canvas frame so I could transport it while traveling. The woman there gave me two options one that was $200 and one that was $25. She educated me on the type of painting I had, along with different reasons to go with either option. I ended up having it laminated (not sure the exact term) on a foam piece. It turned out perfectly.
I am beyond happy with how all three pieces came out. Also extremely happy with the prices. The employees are...
Read moreWhile waiting to be seen an employee began discussing immigration with a customer they were assisting. The conversation turned to the cost of citizenship, and the employee stated that the U.S. should charge $1.5 million to become a citizen, adding that "we're just letting in people for free". Comments like this are completely unacceptable in a professional setting. While I can't speak to the establishments official stance, as a customer prepared to make a significant purchase, this experience made me take my business elsewhere. If you are an immigrant or someone who values inclusivity, be aware that this may not be a welcoming place to...
