Olympus Burger — Restaurant in Murray

Bacon cheeseburger was great: fries were okay; shake was okay. The menu gives very little info. It says the kind of burger, and price - that's it. It does not say what else comes on it, what options are available.

I asked some simple questions on the menu, and was surprised at how strict they were. It didn't seem like they were there to give good customer service. It seemed more like they were willing to serve me food, only if it was on their terms, if that makes sense. Simple things that other restaurants treated as commonplace were not allowed. It seemed kind of weird. My wife and I have both worked in restaurants before. We have some experience on the restaurant side of this kind of thing.

For another example, I asked if my oreo shake could be made with chocolate ice cream, since chocolate shakes are on the menu. They told me no - the only way was if I wanted to pay an extra charge, and they could put a layer of chocolate on top of my oreo shake. I was surprised! I watched them make the oreo shake thru the drive in window - they blended the oreo shake right in front of me! They used the vanilla ice cream instead of chocolate. LOL!😁

I also felt a little weird during the payment process. They gave me a clipboard, with a pen, that all customers shared! I had to sign the receipt, and choose a tip, with no regard for Covid. I think their payment process should be reviewed & adjusted for hygiene and safety.

Edit to add I still eat here like once a week, it’s soooo good. The fries are always fresh, the onion rings and crunchy, they have the best fry sauce, the best burgers, the best gyros and grilled chicken and salads. And surprisingly the fish sandwich is AMAZING.

I crave an Olympus Burger once a week and sometimes have to stop myself from going multiple times. The food is literally always hot and fresh, the employees are nice, the prices aren’t that bad compared to somewhere like five guys or hires, and it’s just soooo good. My whole family loves it too, and we’re picky!!!! Just try it, seriously ———- My favorite fast food place. I love all of their breakfast sandwiches specifically the ham egg and cheese, I love the fries and fry sauce. I struggle between choosing a chicken gyro or a chicken gyro salad because Olympus Burger has the BEST grilled chicken in the state. It’s juicy and fresh and perfect. I also love the mushroom Swiss burger or the Olympus burger which is your classic Greek style pastrami burger. They make their own rice pudding topped with cinnamon for dessert. There’s also baklava and milkshakes!

My first time a couple weeks ago I went through the drive through. I ordered a bacon feta burger a double bacon burger and an order of fries. It was a bit more expensive than I had planned on. When I got home our order was wrong. My feta burger had no feta or any cheese at all and my double bacon burger had no onions. I called and the guy on the phone was very apologetic. He said he would put my name on a list to come another day and he would make me a new one. Frustrated I ate my burger with no cheese and it actually wasn't as disappointing as I had anticipated. The fries however I wasn't a fan of. A couple days later I went back to get my replacement burger. I went inside because I worried it would be confusing. The inside was very clean! I explained to whom I assumed was the owner what happened and he apologized and went back and made my food himself. When I got home everything was correct and very delicious.
