I went to this store today after placing a online order. The online system said the order would be done. I went in about 5-10 minutes after. There was nothing in their pizza portal so I went to the counter. I stood there for a few minutes before someone came up to me. I told them I had a online order, and they just walked away. They said nothing, no ill go get it, let me check that, nothing, just walked away. About 10 minutes later she came back and tried to hand me 4 pizza's and bread sticks etc. I told her I did not order all that food, and you could tell the concept of more than one online order was to much for her to wrap her mind around. By now there are about 10 people in the store, and they had been in the store for some time now, no one had helped them at all. She then kept trying to give that same order to anyone in the store that would take it (No one would, good thing everyone was honest. We all even joked after she left that I should of taken it and they would of just paid me for it.). Finally about 5 minutes she comes back and gives me another pizza, so I just left very angry. I got to my car and my GF looked and realized that it was a standard $5 hot and ready, not the $9 stuffed crust (yes I told her I ordered the stuffed crust when I refused the other pizzas). We went back into the store and said it was the wrong pizza and she forgot the sauce for the bread sticks. Again rocket science, guess she figured we wanted a pizza, she gave us one, whats the issue. Finally another 5 minutes she gives us a very under cooked stuffed crust pizza. Not wanting to deal with her or the store anymore I just took it and left, but you can tell by looking at it that the pizza was not fully cooked. Their service at this store just sucks.. I wouldnt suggest using the 3300 South and 1300 East...
Read moreOrder 2 pepperoni pizzas, and they told me I would be ready in 10 minutes. I got there 20 minutes later got all the way home and they gave me two cheese pizzas. So I called they told me to come back that night and they will give me to pepperoni for free on them because it was their fault. I was watching two kids also needing to feed three grown men that have been moving all day long. I got back to pick up the pepperoni pizzas and the lady at the front desk gave me really bad attitude and was very disrespectful. She told me I needed to bring the other Pizza back. For one I was never told to bring the pizza back into they cannot take it back after it left the building. I didn't ask to speak to a manager. She then turned around and started talking Spanish to her coworkers and I know they were not talking kindly because I understand quite a bit of Spanish and I felt very disrespected. I sat and waited for a manager for about 15 minutes. Then they decided to just give me the pizza, when the lady handed me the pizza she said " why don't you have some common sense and bring the pizza back next time and we'll give you the right pizza." I Then walked out of the building. I've never felt so disrespected. This Little Caesars needs to train their employees on how to have some respect for other people and not turn around and talk Spanish to their co-workers especially when it's disrespectful and unkind words. Read moreJan 13th. I had ordered online. arrived when it said it would be done. wasn't done for another 20 mins so I just patiently hung out. There was these 2 teenager acting guys (one with pretty boy hair & other in a backwards baseball hat that were probably really mid 20's) that were speaking spanish and not helping anyone when they came in. Just standing at the register laughing and talking and turning their backs from the front but staying in front of the register. Finally someone spoke up, ordered, gave the gentleman his food. a min later the WONDERFUL guy in the back with the orange bucket hat came forward and asked my name & order. he looked at the 2 teenage acting dudes and said "you just gave away her food dude! why didn't you read the order!?"
this man was so kind to apologize, cook my order again and said he'll bring it out to my car so I didn't have to wait inside no more.
the only reason I will come back to this location is because of this kind gentleman for empathizing my frustration, and commenting on what he probably didn't realize was everyone getting annoyed at the 2 guys joking around and ignoring customers. wish I got this man's name so I can give him high praises but I didn't. hopefully management cracks down on the 2 guys then for not just not reading orders but also...
