Bestway Rent To Own — Attraction in Muscle Shoals

Since i wrote this review, the entire place has changed!! With the putting in people like Patrick Bean and others, it's now the BEST way to rent my things. Soooo happy I get to change my review and let people know this place has made me change how I feel about renting here 😎 I think these people may try, but in my experience it just doesn't come across. They are very condescending, and the only female associate there is pretty much the only person i want to deal with there. The male associates resort to "darlin'" and "ma'am" i get its considered polite, but comes across as condescending. If i didn't already have my stuff and very little time i would honestly go some place else. Definitely not a place i would recommend, at least not this particular store. We bought a sectional and was told it would arrive in 2 weeks. 4 weeks later it arrives and the delivery guy no call no shows the day we set to have to delivered and apparently it got moved to the sales floor and they sold my sectional to someone else. Didn’t want to give us a refund but wanted to give us store credit. LOL. 2 going on 3 months later they still don’t have the sectional they promised me 2 weeks later. 0/5 stars. Great place with great people to do business with. They are a group of awesome people that help out with what you're looking for. Often they will have scratch and dent type items, where everything works but it's just not pretty or brand new looking. We've had a TV, entertainment center, Xbox, a dryer, and a couch from them and ever. It's also a place to check out of something breaks down and you need a quick replacement (like a dryer) but can't afford to make the big purchase all at once, they have very affordable prices...
