Boost Mobile — Local services in Muscle Shoals

This is a long story kinda, but I hope her boss sees this. I am a long time boost customer over 10 years, and my experience yesterday at the Boost Store in Muscle Shoals, Al on Avalon was the best experience I ever had. First of all my phone was hell excuse the language, but the battery had expanded to the point the phone was cracking on the side. You could see the inside of the phone, but God sent me Jasmin (without the"E") and she made my broken experience the best. It was time for an upgrade. Jasmin listened to me talk explaining funds were low, but I needed a phone that would last, and she made it work. Jasmin was nice, helpful, and knew what she was doing. Jasmin didn't make me feel like a second hand customer. Jasmin treated me like me and my situation was a top priority. Jasmin is part of why I decided to continue this journey with Boost. Jasmin truly deserves a raise, but if she doesn't get that I will give her the kudos she deserves. I left the store happy and satisfied because of Jasmin's great personality and customer service. Jasmin(hope that’s the correct spelling) was nothing short of amazing! My daughter and I had the best experience with her instore and via phone when needed! She’s very patient and welcoming to her customers! We were inside for an upgrade which is extremely time consuming and tedious. She kept us entertained and engaged the ENTIRE time! Jasmin provided excellent customer service that felt genuine and very natural! The store had a great selection of appropriate music playing and the vibe was top tier!
