The Grassy Knoll — Attraction in Muskegon

TGK is in my honest opinion the best dispensary in Muskegon. No I won't say there aren't other dispose that I shop at from time to time whether it be because of a certain deal or convenience of them being closer at that exact time and I will admit there's a couple of dispos that I've gone to that are also great dispensaries but TGK is by far the best. I'll explain further. Every pretty great dispensary I've been to and I've been to them all, has some great things about him alongside some not so great things. One will have exceptionally well customer service but not a very wide variety of product or affordable product alongside quality product I feel like a lot of them I go to either have what they consider to be top shelf and their taxing heavily on it and it's not even the best of Bud that I've gotten other places like to break about their cheap prices and then you get the weed and you're like I can't even smoke this shit to me I go into it with a mindset of you get what you pay for more likely and I don't like buying pre-packs because you don't know what you're getting although most of your prepacks are of quality and you get pretty decent but maybe a little on the dryer side but for the most part is pretty fire this once you get into like the deli style weed where they're advertising fire for $60 an ounce and it's just not that. But my biggest thing with a lot of the other dispensaries is the customer service I've had some okay experiences where you know the people were there they did their job to the best of their abilities I assume but a lot of times I've experienced budtenders who are just plain rude don't want to be there and make it very known that this is the case to the point where you don't feel comfortable asking them to show you multiple strands and talk to you about the weed and help you execute a decision based off of their knowledge and your knowledge and findings while visiting the dispensaries this is not the case it the grassy knoll. Every time I go to the grassy knoll I am met with an absolute smile from all the staff there please to have me there they are excited to help me find what medicine I need and what I'm looking for they're willing to listen to my likes just likes my needs and help guide me as needed but they also let me make the decision Don't push me into a decision so that they can hurry me along. I met with patients and grace for my indecisiveness and they all make a point to remember your name and make you feel like you're part of the family there is a very tight-knit community and they have a very diverse and accepting culture going on there. I love all of my homies that work there. But that doesn't just stop there The dressing all has the fire of fire on deck at all times and it's not always just the top shelf they have some of the best gems hidden within the lower tiers they have a multi-tier system which is made up of I believe four or five tiers I usually only shop the two middle ones because it meets my standards of quality and affordability combined they have deals everyday and their hours are so accessible to any and everyone being that they're open from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. 7 days a week they're even open on holidays which at first struck me the wrong way because I felt bad about accessing their products and services when they should be at home with their families but the bud tenders reassured me that they infect wanted to be there in that they wanted to be able to serve me so that I could go to my holiday event with my family members with a smile on my face and that's the kind of thing I'm talking about to make a customer not even feel guilty about coming and buying bud on a holiday making them feel welcomed and help them make informed decisions not putting on this oh I don't want to be here this sucks persona and for all the customers to see which affects the way that they feel about shopping there and the whole experience and all but not at the dressing all they don't do that in the least bit they're always pleasant super informative and it's just the...

I enjoy going to the grassy knoll dispensary when I need a little bit of knowledge and I'm looking for something specific. This isn't your dollar store weed store. They have some very interesting products there that other dispensaries don't carry at least, what I've seen. Like for instance they have quite a few CBD options an entire section. They also have different options where you can get peppermint or lavender to put in your smoke. They were explaining to me that the peppermint when smoked I think they said it could be using the antibacterial or maybe an antifungal I could be incorrect, but I think I'm right? This is a very dog friendly store if you need a little treat for your pup I would definitely go here. This is not one of those stores where you go in and get pushed out the. They have time, they have patience and they have knowledge. They used to have this cool little thing where you could go in and grab a chip, like a poker chip, grab them out of a bowl and it would say 10% off, freeze t-shirt, free pre-roll so on and so forth. They no longer have this program there anymore so if you're going there for the chips they have stopped that. Which I thought it was a super cool program I was sad when it was gone but I understand things have to change sometimes. If your ballin on a budget this dispensary also carries $3 at certain times and $5 they pretty much have something here...

Generally a pretty good selection for the price. I like the drive thru. The budtenders need to stop assuming that my change is automatically their tip. There's been a few times now when I get bills back but not my coins. If you helped me pick something out based on the preferences I tell you that's one thing. You deserve a tip. If I made the order online and all you did was bag it up don't just assume you get to keep the change. If it happens again I probably won't be back as it seems to be part of the work culture or something. I play a lot of pinball and I don't need anyone just assuming they can take my quarters lol.
