We had an absolutely amazing experience with Pirate Adventure! From the moment we set sail, the crew and captain made every effort to ensure our children felt safe, special, and thoroughly entertained. The crew's enthusiasm and dedication were evident in every aspect of the journey, from their warm welcomes to the personalized attention they gave to each child.

Safety was clearly a top priority for the team, and we felt completely at ease knowing our children were in such capable hands. The crew was not only professional but also incredibly engaging, making sure every child was involved in the activities and having a fantastic time. Our kids were thrilled with the interactive games, treasure hunts, and the chance to feel like real pirates for a day.

Highly recommend for your little ones. I would say is ideally great for 4-8 year olds but younger and older children can still enjoy. There is a shaded area in the back of the boat for parents or other smaller children that can’t handle the direct sun. Make sure to take water with you. They keep the boat moving frequent enough to keep a breeze going. Our family had done a similar adventure in a different vacation spot. We felt that there was a little less animation/script with this particular one, but it was also a little less expensive. Personally, I felt that this was the perfect combination of price for the fun. You can also buy the accessories too, but it was nice that the kids didn’t feel left out if they didn’t have a sword. The crew did great with the setup/script designed. Our kids had a blast. The location is perfect with parking and easy access to bathrooms prior to boarding the boat. The overall time (about an hour on the boat) is perfect to keep their attention too! What a fun and unique experience for my almost 4.5 year old (and us "old people" as well)! My son had an awesome time and fully participated in all the fun. The two men who run the ship did a great job at involving all the kiddos and keeping their attention for the duration of the trip. It's very interactive and entertaining.

As someone who gets motion sickness very easily, I was concerned about how I would do on a boat for an hour, but I felt fine most of the time (there was just one "donut" done on the water where I didn't feel 100%) but the captain was a good driver and it really wasn't bad. (Tip: bring a peppermint or take a non-drowsy Dramamine ahead of time if you're concerned.) The water was calm and smooth for the most part, except when other boats drove by. My son, as well as the 5 other adults in our group, didn't have any issues.
