GameStop — Attraction in Nacogdoches

Failed to maintain proper stock of pre ordered games. Also will not allow you to have your money back on a pre ordered game, I had to purchase said game from Walmart which is pathetic considering their entire existence is based on gaming and gaming paraphernalia. The Nacogdoches store is a revolving door, staff is constantly changing which tells me the management is poor with zero leadership ability, explains why there is a lack of supply on pre ordered games. Strongly advise going somewhere else to obtain your games, by far the absolute worst game stop I have dealt with, I am someone that remembers when Gamestop first opened its doors, I have also served my country and shopped at game stop in other countries around the world so the fact that I rate Nacogdoches gamestop as the worst says something. Fix yourselves and I promise it'll get better, store credit for something not purchased through you is theft so if I put money on a game and you don't stock it properly refusing to give me my cash back is stealing and makes me not want to shop...

I purchased a new ps5 copy of Ghost of Tsushima, and was given a copy of the ps4 version with that same 70 dollars the ps5 version was, I then asked the cashier if the upgrade was free and I was told yes, so I didn’t think much of it until I got home and put the disc in my ps5, it is actually another 10 dollars to upgrade, this would be okay if I didn’t pay 70 dollars for the 60 dollar ps4 game, but now I will have to pay 80 dollars in total for the ps5 version. This could’ve been avoided if the cashiers charged the correct price for what version of the game I’m buying.

TLDR: I was overcharged for the item I bought and was told the upgrade was free...

This is the first of many reviews that I will be leaving. #1.) you totally screwed us on our Christmas. We paid for the shipping and the order was supposed to be here two days before Christmas. It is now new Years of 2025. And we haven't received our order. We can't get anyone to give us and explanation. We haven't even received an apology. My children are heart broken. I am absolutely furious. I will continue to leave horrible reviews until you have resolved this...
