Really wasn't paying attention to the price until returning home. But for a childs ticket is 17.95 and they are measured to make sure they are under 42' . Well my daughter is under42 the height requirement but i was charged for 2 adult tickets. There is a sign out front stating no outside food or beverages and that water is located by the entrance bags are checked before entering. But once inside you see other people pulling drinks and lunchables out of their bags . Called the office and Maddie stated that they usually eye ball the childs height and if they go on adult slides they are charged adult price. Mine was scared of the kiddie slide so she most definitely did not go down the big slide!

We visited splash kingdom as a group of 9 adults & 8 kids! The park is smaller than we expected but it worked out perfectly for us. We felt safe allowing the older kids to play while we monitored the younger ones in the kiddie section. The lounge chairs are feet from the kiddie section so you can watch them from your seat! The staff was super nice. The lifeguards seemed moody. There is a lot of shade within the park as well as picnic tables but we brought our lunch to eat outside of the park & they only had 2 sad picnic tables available outside. My only reason for 4 stars. We will definitely be coming back because our children had so much fun & the adults did too!

I wish I could give the facility a five because my grandson (18 months) had a blast. However, my first exposure inside the facility was to a bathroom with NO LIGHTS & what appeared to be an excessive amount of water on the floor to have been just from wet patrons. Life guards on duty, that I observed, appeared very vigilant, which is a must IMHO. That being said, fix the lights guys and that way messes in the (ladies) restroom are easier to see & address. I'm hoping it was an off day for that problem has been addressed.

The entire process for our party was terrible . I had to call, email, and send Facebook messages to get everything set. Communication is 👎. But since my daughter was set on having her party here I went forward . They couldn’t process my deposit because the machine wasn’t working so I had to keep calling to make sure it got paid and reserved. Day of the party , I got there at 1:50 To prepare for 3:00 and was told our host hours was from 12-2 . ( I didn’t set that ) . They did switch it from 3:15-5:15 however we never had a host! It was other people under the “reserved “ area . I was told that the party only includes tables but not the pavilion the tables are under. Makes no sense. So we’re paying for a small area that anybody can still sit under with us . How ! They made our pizza at least a hour before we needed it and then asked when do I want it . When I finally wanted it, they brought us that same cold pizza . One was burnt because it was obviously the oldest one and they tried to warm it up . They brought some ice cream for the trouble but how do I explain to 10 plus kids that it’s only 4 cups of ice cream so they can’t have any . ( even tho it melted because they brought it with the pizza which you obviously eat first ) . Now I added extra pizza because the party only comes with one slice per person . I was told it was $5 per pizza . It came time to pay and I had $75 for extra pizza. I reminded her of our conversation and she said yes but unfortunately it ended up being $5 per slice instead . They really wanted me to pay that. I wouldn’t have even ordered it for that price, not even if it was actually hot. Then they tried to just take the price of one off and give me a new total like I’m crazy. They did finally charge me what I was quoted and gave a generic “sorry for the inconvenience “. I would never suggest having a party here . The park itself Is fine but as for a party I would recommend purchasing a couple color passes and bringing your own drinks and maybe sandwiches . Parents still have to pay rather they get in the water or not and You obviously don’t need to reserve the area because anybody can sit under it so I would just take that route . I generally don’t leave negative reviews , especially knowing people are short staffed but this was unacceptable. I started booking this before they even opened for the season so them being busy is really no...

My family visited Splash Kingdom in Nacogdoches, TX today, July 5th, 2024, and while there were a few good parts, there were many areas needing improvement. We were a group of 14, and my grandfather reserved the pavilion for us about two months ago to ensure enough space. However, he was told he couldn't purchase tickets in advance and had to buy them at the gate, where they were more expensive than the discounted tickets online. My husband, our 3-year-old, and I paid over $90 for our tickets and two unlimited drink wristbands, which seemed extremely overpriced considering the park's condition.

We arrived at 11 and found the park nearly empty, yet the women's bathroom was a disaster. There was standing water on the floor, one stall had fecal matter in front of the toilet, it reeked, one sink didn't work, and there were long pieces of hair in the broken sink and toilet paper on the floor, my husbandry me know the men’s bathroom was much the same. I informed a female employee with a walkie-talkie, who identified herself as a supervisor. She kept interrupting me, saying all park services employees had no-called no-showed, and her manager was cleaning it just then, which was surprising since it seems logical to think the park should have been cleaned at the end of the day before. This supervisor was incredibly rude and instead of simply listening continued to make excuses and interrupt me. The park overall was dirty, with trash on the grassy areas of the lazy river, near the activity pool, and in the pools themselves.

Although we had access to dedicated seating and shade in the pavilion, the small sign indicating it was reserved was not noticeable, so we constantly had strangers sitting at our tables. They set up an inflatable ski ball for us at the entrance, but kids kept coming up to it all day and refused to leave. We paid extra for the drink wristbands, but they were a waste as only one food line was open for the entire park. We had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for a small foam cup of soda and were not allowed to get two drinks at a time.

Overall, we were very disappointed with the experience, especially considering the money we spent. I would not recommend visiting this park as there are much better options if you travel a...

i’ve been going to this waterpark since it opened and this is by far the worst year i’ve experienced. to start off the bathrooms are awful and continue to get worse yearly with no updates instead they are too worried about spending it on other things that aren’t needed. i’ve seen the way they treat their employees and i would never work there, there was a girl who passed out and they wouldn’t assist her after multiple whistles being blown, i saw a girl who’s shoe broke and they made her walk on the hot concrete for hours, this is not a safe place for your kids. there was a child who jumped into the catch pool and the lifeguard just looked at him as he was beginning to drown. this has all been on multiple visits and it seems to be something worse every time i visit. the lifeguards seem like they hate their jobs compared to previous years. my brother had worked here in prior years and grant was a wonderful person, he was so involved and so kind to the employees and guest. i have not seen him this year so there must be new management, and you can definitely tell. when i asked to speak to the person over the park i was spoken to very rudely. i saw a lifeguard with dark hair and a dark complexion staggering around as if she was drunk, i walked up to her to ask a question and she was slurring her words and smelt very heavily of alcohol, i didn’t just see this one i saw it happen multiple times. i was asking her why they didn’t play christian music anymore, this is the main reason i took my children here, it was a routine for my family to go after church every sunday, she proceeded to tell me christianity was out of style due to her being lesbian. me and my family will not be back after many different problems on many different occasions. there was even a time me and my children were waiting in line and a older woman had started having seizures and they wouldn’t assist her. this is by far the worst park you could ever visit when this was a good place due to nothing else being local....
