A lamination mistake was done I understand that, but apparently staff new about it and didn't tell me. I live 30 mins away and caught the mistake before I left town. Something was going on with the lamination machine and they couldn't redo the order correctly. I ask to pick the order up tomorrow for them to do the job properly but they tried their best with what they had and gave me the laminatons. Staff was friendly but unfortunately the lamination did not look the best. Lamination order was scrolled up neatly with a rubber band. I got to walmart and started cutting and saw that two images overlapped. No big deal just a mistake so I called and they said they would redo it for free. They were friendly and respectful about it. When I was walking aroud the store I hears some said that the machine did something wierd and misaligned the images. So they knew that the job was not done proberly and turned it in that way without telling anyone else. So afterthag the staff came back and said that the lamination machine wasn't working at the moment. Then someone else stepped in and said to use extra pieces from a previous project. When she handed them to me she said they had bubbles and she could try to fix them by running it through the machine again. I told her if I could come back tomorrow when the machine was working for it to properly laminate the images. She looked at me with an expression saying it wasn't possible. She went ahead and ran it through the machine again but it was no different. My first problem is that the staff who did the order noticed the mistake and did not tell me about it. Second problem is they wouldn't wait to redo the order the next day when the lamination machine was...
Read moreWow.. a one star was given because I had an unsettling experience at this location today, Good Friday. A short haired lady with glasses waited on me and immediately gave me a cold exterior. I wondered what could be the problem because I had not opened my mouth yet. This is about the second time it’s happened. So like any other customer I called to speak to management. The manager said things like “wow” “over the top” and the lady who helped me was “a minority” herself. As if inter minority bias isn’t a thing. I explained I didn’t feel safe coming to do business with people who preemptively judge my character before words are exchanged. He chuckled and said “maybe I’m just not that sensitive”… Nac can be a wonderful place to live, but places like this make it hard to do business within the town you live in. I was offered a very insincere apology that I’m sure was made to get me off the phone. IF I have to do business at Kline/Wrap it up again, I will bring a witness to ensure I receive adequate customer service like all citizens deserve.
Update: As you guys see the management at this location has no qualms being especially rude to their customers. I never wanted anyone to be fired, I also said I did not want to use the race card as if I feel it is used flippantly. Sir, please do a better job at listening and being a reputable businessman. I am far from a bully and I vote as a conservative citizen. So being “woke” has zero value to me. From the past reviews I can see rudeness and hostility is...
Read moreI love Kline's! I usually end up making a trip every other week with packages I need to ship, worldeode even, or items I need to return to Amazon, JCPENNEY, or any other company. They are always friendly and incredibly helpful. I don't go to any other store to send packages because they have been so helpful over the years.
Returns from Amazon are simple; return your item through your Amazon account, print out the labels, pack the barcode into your box or bag, and take the shipping information with you. They have a little glued sleeve they slip the shipping information into and stick it to the outside of your bag or box. And that is all. You don't need to pay for anything unless you get a different box or bag.
For JCPENNEY and some other companies that do require the customer to pay; take your items to Kline's where they will help you find a box or envelope to ship the items in, fill out a white shipping form with your information and the company's shipping info. Then you pay for your shipping box or envelope and what it would cost to do UPS, USPS, FEDEX or whatever else.
This company is really easy to work with. You just need to know what you are doing. 10/10 would highly suggest...
