Savor Napa Valley Wine Tours — Attraction in Napa

I took my first trip to Napa in January 2023. I knew that I wanted to go to multiple wineries while I was there. My travel agent made the initial contact with Carl at Savor Napa Valley Wine Tours and I'm so glad that she did!

Carl was amazing! He stayed in contact leading up to my trip and made my reservations at the wineries I wanted to visit. He made suggestions on how many I should do in a day and actually recommended a few that I was not familiar with. I'm so glad that I went with one of his suggestions as well as the three I wanted to visit.

Carl picked me up promptly at the agreed upon time on the day of my tour. His car was very clean and comfortable. He provided knowledge about Napa and history of different wineries throughout the day. Carl walked me into each one of the wineries and checked me in with the person at the host stand. He let me know where he would be parked when I was done with my tours and tastings. The nice thing was that he was known at the wineries and you could tell that he was well-liked.

He was just a really nice and pleasant person to be around and made the day a lot of fun. I'm hoping to return to Napa next year to visit a couple of other wineries and I'll definitely be booking Carl's services again!

I was planning a trip to Napa for my fiance's birthday, and after extensively looking up tour companies as well as reading reviews, I found Carl's Savor Napa Valley Wine Tours. Let me tell you - believe all the 5 star reviews.

Carl is so responsive and took the time to figure out what kind of tour I was looking for (particular vineyards, kinds of wine, areas, etc.) After settling on 3 vineyards, he suggested a great place to stop for lunch and even ordered ahead so that we didn't have to wait when we arrived.

You can tell Carl loves what he does, and is so knowledgeable. It's also evident that he is known and well-liked at the vineyards. He made some wonderful recommendations to us and it felt like we had an elevated experience because of him. His Mercedes SUV is clean, is stocked with cold water, and he even had coolers in the back in case we purchased any wine.

I highly recommend Carl if you want a reliable guide/safe driver to take you on a tour of the Napa wineries. He makes wonderful suggestions, books the tastings, and organizes the whole day for you. My boyfriend and I visited Napa Valley in April 2022. Carl came highly recommended to us by my parents who visited the area back in October 2015 and had the pleasure of working with him. Carl was extremely helpful in planning our winery tours and tastings. I spoke with him on the phone first, where he asked for our likes and preferences when it came to different types of wines. He also asked if there were any places we definitely wanted to visit. A day or two later, Carl sent me a detailed email that outlined all potential wineries we may be interested in visiting. He included background information about each winery, along with tasting prices. We sent over a list of the places we definitely wanted to visit and Carl handled it all from there. He secured all tours and tastings for us, in addition to making us lunch reservations for each day we used him!

Carl is very knowledgeable about all the wineries in Napa. As we drove from place to place, he took the time to explain the history behind many wineries and vineyards to us.
