I rented a commercial unit in north Naples from ajs realty years ago. Dawn is the most unorganized and unprofessional person to deal with. I sold my business 2 years ago and the lease was transferred to the new owner. Before the sale of the business it was agreed that the air conditioner would be replaced by AJS. AJS denied they ever agreed to this and left myself and the new owner in a terrible position with a horribly mismanaged and neglected property. Today I received certified mail giving detailed account information of the new owner and occupant of my old business. How in the world can you not keep your records straight after 2 years?
