Coastland Center — Attraction in Naples

Tomorrow's probably going to shut down it has been getting worse every year. I blame it on the management they are not in touch with times. The rent is too high and they don't take good care of the place. It's totally a sad situation is poorly managed into the ground. If I was managing the small it would be five stars to be the best mall people would come from everywhere to see it and it wouldn't cost much to do it the changes would not be too difficult. In fact it would be cost-effective and drive revenue. I would give people opportunities to do different events throughout the week including stand-up comedy singing dancing. I would engage my local community a lot more. And allow different vendors on certain days. Also I would rent out part of the mall to something like a church. The reason why I would rent out to a church is because it will bring regular people to the mall on Sunday. I would change the rent price to be a little cheaper. I would hold events in the food court through different local communities. For example if a church wanted to do a random mob of singers I would host it and promote it. Also I would be on local social media reaching out to people. I would have people calling up local venues. I would have food trucks coming out. Promoting food truck nights and later hours for shopping. Instead of having empty stores I would allow for temporary 3-month contracts for new ideas. It's very sad the malls like this throughout a popular state like Florida are closing because they do not know how to engage...

Horrible mall, horrible security, horrible mall management! I took my ESA certified animal to the mall with my four young children and was kicked out by their security guard Manny in a very rude and unprofessional manner. I went the next day to the mall office where I was apologized to profusely and told I absolutely can have my animal with me there. They even asked me to send an email explaining what happened so the security guard could be reprimanded, which I did. Months later I'm in the mall again with my animal and the same security guard rushes in screaming at me for having my animal there again. He had the police trespass me from the mall so I can't go back without being arrested. I called and spoke with the mall manager Ted who claimed he did a "full investigation" which consisted of asking the jerk security guard, the lady in the office that told me I could have my animal who apparently was too afraid to admit she had told me that, and the police officer at the time. Ted decided to uphold the trespass based on a new lie that I screamed swear words in the middle of the mall, which NEVER HAPPENED. So now I'm not allowed at the mall without being arrested. I'm almost 40 years old, never been arrested, never been trespassed, I'm a father of 4, a home owner, and a business owner. I'm not some punk kid causing problems. I was told I could have my animal with me and that's the ONLY reason I took him back there with me again. Horrible people and I hope they lose money for treating customers...

We stopped Saturday night on May 17th at American Greeting cards at coastland mall. We always stop their and have spent a lot on cards and Christmas gifts. Our grand daughter was graduating from high school and we saw a box that you could store cards in for graduation for 2014, unfortunately we did not need two and we were willing to pay full price. First time I took it up to the girl at the sales counter and she said their was only 50% off second one. We only needed one, and needed the box it came in to send to California.So she told me to put it in the box. In the meantime I decided I would wait and think about it .So later I sent My husband in to get the box. So when he went back to the store he picked up the box it came in and the gift. went up to the sales counter. There were four people there and she said I will take you over here. My husband laid it down on the counter and she said put it in the box. He opened the box and there was bubble wrap, and it bothered him, when she told him to put it in the box. Why are you telling me to put it in the box. She said your scaring me and I'm calling security. Which she did. Security did not come. He said fine then he just said ring me up and I will leave.. She said no she would not because she was feeling threaten. So he left and we will not be back He asked if he could see the manager and she...
