Most notable however, was the sales manager Stacey Anderson who went above and beyond to care for Office Depot's customers. Stacey spent a lot of time helping me to find the perfect laptop to meet my needs (not an easy feat to do when dealing with me!). Additionally, her knowledge of OD products and the workings of computers is unprecedented. Furthermore, Stacey gave me her business card and assured me that if I need any help to call her. And call her I did! For over an hour, Stacey walked me through step-by-step setting up my laptop (Chrome, Microsoft, One Drive, Printer, etc...), while simultaneously attending to customers and employees. Read moreYesterday 06/25/25, I visited Office Depot around 10:30 am in the morning to buy a mouse, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. While I was waiting in line, I noticed that the cashier was very friendly and polite to the customer in front of me, but when it was my turn, his attitude completely changed. He looked at me with disgust and treated me very rudely. When he scanned the mouse, instead of placing it gently on the counter, he tossed it onto the table. He didn’t respond to my greeting or my farewell, and I noticed that as soon as I left, he went back to being friendly with the customer behind me. This experience left me feeling like I had suffered an act of racism, something I had never experienced before in Naples.
