Payed $225 for the back of my Iphone 12 Pro screen. Was quoted 3 hours and ended up taking 5 hours. During the process, They broke a part of the phone by accident, which they did end up fixing but was inconvenient for me to have to come back since i live 35 minutes away. Two weeks after having the screen fixed and spending $55 on a 10 foot drop proof case, the back shatters worse than it did the first time. Chunks of glass falling out and cracked the camera. Again, slipped out of my pocket while picking something up so maybe even less than two feet and landed face down. Poor quality cheap glass. I wish I just didn’t get it fixed since it wasn’t nearly as bad the first time. They said I can come in and give them more money and they’ll fix it . As if that was doing me a favor? I was told in the same sentence that they use different products than everywhere else & that they use the same glass as apple. As if that makes sense. Definitely will not do business here again and i regret supporting a smaller company but I thought I was doing the right thing. Just money hungry, pay for quality & save your money! Also talked to two people after the fact that also had screen repairs here with similar situations. Definitely a shame but it’s sad that some companies have just began scamming their customers especially during a time like this. Enjoy the $225, i guess you guys need it more than i do. Edit: I am actually disgusted that you’re saying I threatened your employees. I agree your employees are friendly and knowledgeable, I wasn’t disappointed with them, I was disappointed with the product. I even said to the staff member working saturday, that I understood it wasn’t his fault but I wanted a call from you, the “president”. I got angry on the phone because of this, which I know it isn't their fault, but saying that I threatened them over the phone? Quoting me? I never threatened anyone nor said “i’m going to make you pay in other ways” That’s not even realistic. That’s defamation of character. You advertise on your site “repairs done in minutes, phone never leaves your sight” But my phone took 5 hours. Also saying I lied about the drop of my phone? I was literally in a store at the mall, leaned over to pick up a shirt that fell , and my phone slipped out of my winter jacket as I leaned over. It’s on camera at the Rockingham mall! The phone was repaired on 2/12, Broke on 2/26. Shattered which was why I was angry that the glass in a protective case landing on the front side that was just repaired, upon the first drop, shatters worse than it did the first time. So now you are the one that is lying and being unprofessional. Do better. maybe focus more on customer satisfaction instead of slandering people...

March 10, 2023 Screen repair 99$ Glass screen protector 25$ Saving money, relaxing environment, professional technicians and completely avoiding the hastle of other places destroying my device/price gouging/poor workmanship=priceless 10/10 highly recommended Saved me 300$+on a new device I gound myself here almost a year later from my previous repair and once again I found myself beyond satisfied with NH Iphone repair Nashua NH. I have never left disappointed and I wish I had taken a picture of my screen. It was being held together by a glass screen protector, purchased on Amazon with promises of protection and with the first drop my son's iPad screen shattered. Dylan did such an amazing job!I managed to get a last minute spot and he was juggling other customers while assisting me. For just 10$ less than what I paid on Amazon ( so I paid 25$ in shop, Amazon was 15$) I was able to score a tempered glass screen protector that I will only have to pay 1/2 price for should it shatter again. My son has dropped his iPad 4x since then and the screen is perfect and so is the screen protector. I am beyond elated. Thank you once again to this amazing small buisness. And thank you Dylan so much for doing such an amazing job!!!! The technicians are always amazing and friendly, the atmosphere is wonderful and I love the little cooler that says " take a drink and relax" what a nice touch! I will always continue to give this place my buisness and recommend everyone I know to go here. I've have gone to other places in the past and for the same price they have destroyed my screen, the cables, the home screen button, or put a screen on that made it impossible for me to use my device. I have never had a single issue here. You will not be disappointed!! It's a down to earth buisness with real people, you will always get an actual tech on the phone instead of being passed around and if you recieve a text message it's from an actual person and not an automated robot message.

April 2022 I've been to other repair shops, another unnamed nashua store botched the repair job and essentially destroyed my iPad when I went in for a basic screen repair. Then I found nh iPhone repair and Cody not only assured me he could help but made the expierence stress free and easy. I appreciate nh iPhone repair so much, I went to the one on amherst street, and will be giving them my continues expierence. They mean it when they say experts. Amazing job satisfied with the results and more than appreciative they saved my destroyed iPad....

There's a nonrefundable service fee which will be applied to any parts or service required. They are very upfront on their policy when you leave your phone, tablet, laptop or other item for service or diagnostic. When we arrived it was quiet. The store is quite large with a desk at the back and a service area behind the back wall. From my point of view it is rare that a fix is provided immediately on arrival and your item is left for future repair. That, in my estimation, could be a few hours, days or weeks. In our case it was a little more than twenty four hours. The phone was repaired by a part that had to be shipped in. No specificity was provided on the receipt as to the part that was replaced. In other words, there is no transparency. You can always walk away and look for another repair shop. There are other repair shops that have a variation of CPR's non refundable diagnostic fee and some who actually do refund the difference between parts and service fees. Looking back I should have taken more time and visited one of the other shops. You really place a lot of trust because you have to leave your password to open the phone to run diagnostics . If you use Google for password storage you need to consider situations like this in how you secure your information once the phone is accessed. In other words, layered...
