I’m not one to normally complain for fast food, but this is now the third time I’ve had a bad experience at this specific location.
I try to eat healthy, so I always order some type of salad- but it’s clear that the team only cares to make actual sandwiches correctly. For the past three visits I’m always missing something on the salad, whether it’s the topping or the dressing. Today I was missing my dressing (as shown on the receipt) and I asked for grilled nuggets (as shown on the receipt) and didn’t get that either. Additionally, my southwest salad had not a single red on it.
Similar to other reviews, my husbands fries were only half full, and the person who took my order put his drink in as regular instead of diet.
I just don’t understand how every time we go there something is wrong. I also go to the Woburn location, Peabody location and the Daniel Webster and they are all better than this one.
Please take care of your guests who like salads! I already don’t want to order the salad, I’d rather be eating a sandwich so why make my experience worse. Everyone is super friendly but it sucks to be disappointed every time.
10/23 Update:
I decided to give this location ANOTHER chance after I never got any coupons or anything after reaching out to the email below. Lo and behold, I spent $60 bucks and they forgot my $9 large Mac and cheese. This place constantly rips people off by forgetting things and makes money by hoping you don’t come back and ask for a refund. I have a baby and unfortunately I can’t come back and the drop of a hat just to get a refund. Also, when there’s almost 10 people at the pick up window I assume my order is going to be...
Read moreAt the Chik-Fil-A drive thru, I ordered breakfast, the #7. I had a question if coffee came with the meal. It took a few rounds of questioning before I was informed coffee did come with the meal. I was then asked if I wanted sausage or spicy and I said I'd take both, not knowing there's was an option of adding spicy to the breakfast sandwich because it's not documented anywhere on the order screen. Rather than $8.09 (+tax) I was given a final price of $11 something. After some more questioning, it was revealed the spicy was an upcharge.
All of this was relatively normal communication and easily resolved.
What I'm really upset about is the cloying perfume that seems was dumped into my meal. I'm actuality, I'm sure it wasn't. But whoever assembled the sandwich, and placed the contents in the bag and handled my coffee had such strong perfume that the english muffin reeked of perfume, so much so that it changed the taste.
I'm in my home office now and this perfume permeates the room. The only thing I have left from the breakfast is the coffee.
It seems a hard discussion about personal hygiene, as this is what this would fall under, is in order.
Good food, less...
Read moreWent here, and ordered a Gluten Free Chicken Sandwich. Reiterated with the order taker that the kid had Celiac Disease, and it was important that he not get gluten. Response: "Like an allergy?" Yes... like an allergy. She then marked it as GF, and I even made sure things were bagged separately.
I questioned the bag when I got it... went out to the truck, came back in, and asked again. (Side annoyance, his fries were bagged with what they thought were the regular gluten sandwiches) . Was assured by both the order taker, and what I'm assuming is a nicer dressed manager, that the sandwich was gluten free... I hesitantly brought the sandwich home, and when I opened it and showed my wife, we decided to Google what the bun should look like. THIS WAS NOT THE GLUTEN FREE BUN! WE HAD TO GOOGLE IT TO BE SURE!
Buyer be ware, if you go with a GF option here, you should get a bun in a sealed bag!
We got a "sorry" and they gave us a real GF sandwich. What if we were new to the kids having Celiac Disease? We wouldn't have known any different, and fed the kid wheat. Sorry doesn't fix that. Probably not going here again. Will probably try the other one in town...
