My colleagues and I just had a bizarre experience here. We were 11 coworkers, 40-60 yo, with a 4pm reservation. We had a wonderful and leisurely meal. Our waitress was great and we tipped generously (she returned to our table to thank us). By 630, half our party had left and the other half remained, talking and laughing quietly. We ordered a round (I had coffee). At 7, a new waitress took over, and we ordered one last round. I ordered a spicy Marguerita. When it arrived I found the drink delicious but too spicy for me. I passed around the drink so others could taste it and we joked about how I would regret the indigestion later. The drink sat in the middle of the table while I waited for the waitress to return so I could order a replacement drink, when she walked briskly to our table, and said “you can’t have this” and then whisked the drink off our table and walked away. We looked at each other dumbfounded. I went over to the waitress to ask what had happened and to explain I wished to order a different drink. She told us someone at our table had met the “three drink maximum” and that we had stayed “too long”. This was bizarre as we were at high tops in the bar area, there were many open tables, and we had been talking quietly and no one was over-served.We had already received our check but just wanted to switch up that last drink. The head bartender then came over to where I was talking to the waitress and challenged me with “how much have you had to drink?” I told him in the three hours I’d been there, I had a mojito, ate a full meal, and had a cup of coffee. The waitress then refused to serve the last drink I’d requested. Bizarre. We then had a long conversation with the head bartender to explain the story, and he became conciliatory and said “next time sit at my bar” for better treatment. We work at a large company across the street, and have enjoyed this restaurant as a meeting place, but no longer feel welcome.

Okay so we arrive at the Doubletree Hilton around 8pm we are looking for something to eat and there it is 110 Grill. We've never been to the place nor heard of it but the hunger pains are there. Wifey and I go over and as soon as we hit the parking lot the air was full of the aromas pouring out of the kitchen. Our server was a nice friendly young lady. And we started with a Chef's Plate. A medley of red pepper hummus, walnut encrusted goat cheese, blue cheese, grapes, fig jam, pepperoni, pickles and cucumbers, with an artichoke, tomato and feta salad, accompanied by ciabatta and naan. Then we both had fish. Wifey had the 110 Sesame Ginger Salmon. Pan-seared salmon over chilled soba noodles, tossed with asian slaw and sesame ginger dressing, topped with sesame seeds and sriracha aioli. Served with mashed potatoes and green beans While I had the Cuban Swordfish. Blackened swordfish served over a black bean, corn and rice salad, black bean puree and arugula, tossed in citrus oil and finished with lime sour cream and grilled citrus. Mine was served with broccoli and fries. We didnt do dessert but the meal was awesome and we will be back.

I may have given them a 5 star if they hadn't ran out of diet coke. 1 glass and they run out? No other diet alternative. The service from the waitress was friendly and efficient. Megan really did everything she could to help the experience. Checking back on how the food was and the quality. The tempreture here was enough to freeze you. Guessing the floor manager finds it warm with her long sleeve shirt on and t-shirt underneath. Thats just me being funny but it was real cold here. But everyone was talking about how cold it was. The chicken wings were tasty but could easily have been cooked a little longer. The steak I ate was done right and the broccoli was prepared very well. The ceasar salad sauce was a little to eggy for my liking. Karen enjoyed her burger. Seemed like the floor manager was a little stressed out. But maybe she just was having a hard night, hard for others to be freindly if the person setting the mood isnt or doesnt appear to be. But at the same time many of the staff seemed to be way laid back. Maybe doors on the staff area would help hide this. Overall it was a good experience.

My husband and I along with our two year old ate here at 110 tonight 11/04. I made reservations for 4pm since it was a Friday night and they are rather popular. The woman who answered the phone was great and very nice. When we got there for our reservations she was the same one who sat us and again was great. Our waitress Karen however is where it went down hill for us. She didn’t seem rather nice right off the bat but everyone has a bad day so we just brushed it off. After taking our drink orders she asked us if we needed a couple more minutes and we said yes. About 5 minutes later give or take we had made our choices and were waiting with our menus down at the edge of the table. We watched her walk by us putting plates on tables about 5 times. We both started getting a little annoyed. We fully understand she has other things that need to get done but maybe after a couple laps our order could have at least been taken and put in in between . Even taking our order she almost seemed annoyed she was doing it and was rushing and cutting us off to ask questions we were already about to answer. When our food came out she just kinda dropped it and left and when she came to tell my husband she forgot to put in part of his order and that she was doing it then that’s when he got to ask for the refills and some sauce. Our food was alright my husband liked his burger as usual and his Brussels. I tried the maple chicken sandwich. It was ok, I wish there was more maple flavor to it and it was a little dry but not terrible. Our daughter was loving her pasta and rice since she loves her carbs lol. I don’t really recall her coming over to check on us I know she asked us how things were when she brought my husbands Brussels over but that was it. Typically even though this was all just kind of annoying and we were willing to chalk it up to her having a bad day, maybe having something going on in her life or whatever, what kinda did us in with the experience was when my husband asked about the desert that went with our daughters meal. My husband asked, she said yes and we decided to get her the berries, without asking if our daughter was done or if we wanted a box she just took our daughters food that was nowhere near finished and left. We were done eating but she wasn’t. Our daughter is 2 and therefore takes a while. I didn’t bother saying anything cause at that point it was already taken and the most she could have done was say she could have it remade if we wanted and at that point we were done with this experience and just wanted to go do our food shopping and she could eat something else when we got home. Should I have said something at the restaurant? 100% but between my anxiety and thinking that’s embarrassing cause everyone wants to watch when you ask for a manager but I do feel like something needed to be said. Plus we usually come here a lot my in-laws love it and when I go out with one of my girlfriends she can actually eat here cause they have a bunch of gluten free options. This was honestly our first experience with a not so great waitress here and it just ended up being disappointing. We will come here again? yes probably. Like I said before bad days happen we just very much didn’t like our child’s food being taken away without asking anything. We hope next time is a...

When we arrived and were seated our waitress came over and didn't introduce herself to us. When she came to ask about drinks to order I ordered my drink and the person I was with asked about soft drinks and she said coke products to which my friend said 'coke?' and she immediately walked off before he was able to ask about other drink options. I also planned to ask for a non alcoholic beverage in addition to my alcoholic beverage but wasn't able to because of how quickly she left. She didn't give us an opportunity to ask about an appetizer at this time. Several minutes later she brought the coke over with no straw and brought my drink several minutes after that. When my friend ask for a straw she left again for several minutes and returned with one for him. At this point she asked about an appetizer, we ordered one and she, again, abruptly walked away. I'd like to point out it was NOT busy, there were 3 tables including ours and we were here only table so she wasn't rushing to another table for anything. After some time, a different server brought us our appetizer. We had no utensils to eat it and so my friend attempted to get her attention to ask for silverware. She made eye contact with him and immediately looked down and walked away. She finally came back to our table and when she realized we hadn't touched our appetizer she grabbed utensils from a neighboring table and literally dropped them on our table, said nothing, and walked away. When it came time to order she seemed annoyed the entire time, like we were bothering her by being there. When getting our food a THIRD server brought it out, again, not our waitress. While eating, she walked over and asked if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. Before we could even answer her she had walked away. I was unable to finish my food and needed a box. Even asking for a box I felt like I was bothering her because of how she had been with us the entire time. She engaged with other tables that weren't even hers more than she did with us. I was only able to find out that her name was Juliet because I heard another waitress call her name and our receipt. Unfortunately, the treatment and lack of service we got seems to be pretty standard coming from Juliet based off of other reviews. I'm shocked with the amount of negative reviews specifically about her that she is even still...

My Cousin and I went for lunch this past Saturday after shopping. I had fig prosciutto flatbread which was good; but the lemonade was warm and not even ice cubes. My cousin ordered a steak salad and 6oz glass white Sauvignon Blanc, specifically saying 6 oz since she was driving. Her salad had 2 pieces of steak that was so tough, trying to cut w/butter knife no less since waitress wasn’t around to get a steak knife. When we got bill she noticed cost of wine was for 9 oz size $16; rather then $11 and aside from being taken back by price of salad for $24 with 2 small pieces of steak! Waitress came back thingking we were ready to pay. We questioned her about the wine on menu shows $11 for 6oz and she was charged $5 more. Waitress said "no you got the 9oz" which my cousin specifically asked for 6oz. Asked her to change it. Must have waited over 6 mins for her to come back and when she did just put it on table and walked away. The new bill had no wine at all, so we thought since it was a mistake they were being generous. We gave her our cards to split since it was only $47.49 instead of original $64.14 . When she came back with our cards our bills to sign each had a charge of $29.57 with a different bill for $59.14 which now had the charge of $11 glass of wine!! WTH? My cousin was so mad she went to find her to ask where the other bill was $47... and how she just leaves the new bill (3rd one) with not even an explanation. Her comment was "oh they forgot to put the wine back on the other one for the correct amt" That is unacceptable, then asked for mgr. This young man (cant remember name) comes over who looked to be about 22 and said “what is wrong”? Had to explain whole scenario to him and showed him our last bill. Waitress had kept other 2 bills. He said oh I get it “ok what would you like me to do”? Both of us were appalled. We said forget it, but you should tell your staff how to handle issues w/bills and at the very least explain what transpired w/the adjustments, dont just take their cards and walk away. Well she lost out on her tip, for that and WE wont be...
