Cedars Cafe — Restaurant in Nashua

Ah, Cedars! There are just a few spots that we patronize regularly, and this one of our favorites; must be twenty years that we’ve been dining here. Not fancy, but the food? YUMMMM!

If you’re a fan of prefabricated fast food, then this is definitely not the place for you. But if you love +real+ freshly made, truly tasty meals, then this is your spot.

Cedars owner, Pierre, is a super nice guy and I can tell you that he busts his butt to serve the food just like his mother made back in Lebanon. Want a quick meal to eat on the run? Get a chicken or lamb kebab roll-up. Want to dine in or take home? Baked kibbeh, pilaf and freshly made hummus or babaganouj - ooooh boy!

Know what puzzles me? People are lined up 30 cars deep at the fast food (liberal use of word ‘food’) chicken place across the parking lot. Go figure? Too bad they don’t know what +real food+ is all about.

Cedar’s gets pretty busy at lunch time. If you’re in a rush, call ahead to have your order...

First and foremost, Pierre was absolutely incredible and really made this entire first experience an excellent one. I had never ordered here before and decided to come in and pick something up for dinner for myself and my family. Upon entering, I was greeted right away and given a menu. My order was smooth sailing and I had ordered a cup of coffee rather late in the day, and without hesitation, Pierre put on a fresh pot for me while my food was being prepared. Dinner was ready in under 20 minutes and I was on my way home. When I arrived home, the food was still nice and hot. The food was ABSOLUTELY delicious. I even had a bite of my daughter's chicken nuggets and they were the most scrumptious chicken nuggets I have in quite some time. Best customer service and amazing food!! So excited to find this place! We have been looking for a Mediterranean place ever since Maza's was sold and then closed. The food was very fresh and delicious! So delicious I forgot to take some pictures! We went with our 3 kids, who got the handmade chicken nuggets and fries meals...which were so good I will admit I stole some of them! I got the chicken kabob wrap and my wife got the falafel wrap. We got extra garlic sauce and bread for eating. The owner was super friendly and nice and the staff was awesome :) They let us leave our stuff at a table while we walked down to the pet store a few stores down, while we waited for the food. The garlic sauce is AMAZING. Period. We cannot wait to go here again and try more food. My only issue was they were not open Sunday to satisfy...
