our stay Feb 15th - 18th 2025 suite they are only on the 3rd floor, according to the front desk, so if you perfer a top floor probably won't have a suite. We had an upgrade due to being Diamond members, however was unaware that it was on just the 3rd floor. We like to be on the higher floors. We were in room 341. The room was pretty small for a 2 room suit. I think the bathroom was the biggest part about the room. Our bedroom window overlooked the top of the parking garage which the window was even with the cars. so advise to not pick that room. We like to leave our curtains open to let the natural light wake us up. hmm wont be doing that . Just a warning it is a little big of a trec getting to the rooms in the back. Again we were 341. Off the elevator you turn left then turn left again, then turn right, then walk all the way to almost the end of the hall then turn right. It takes probably a good 2 mins to get to the room. So if you are keeping track of your steps, you will def get them in. Dinner our first night (2.15.25) was decent. I had a spinach salad with salmon and a cup of chowder. both were good. Hubs had the nachos with beef he liked them. Dinner was a smooth ordering experience. The Bar tender working the dinner shift who took our order was very nice and helpful. She should train the rest of the crew. All should be just like her. There was a wedding at the hotel Saturday night. Suggestion for hotels to try to have more separation from the event rooms and rest of hotel. It is annoying to deal with the event crowd and trying to get to your room. Elevator can be very slow when a lot of people is using them. Sun 2.16.25 a little noise last night especially with the window by the top of garage. The temp in our room is a bit tricky to control. There is ONE thermostat in the bedroom so that has to be adjust for the comfort of the bedroom. So either the bedroom is super hot and the livingroom is comfortable or the bedroom is comfortable and the livingroom is cold. Went to breakfast and was told there was a change in staff so making an omlette wasn't an option. Then she check and said he could make one. My husband said it was good. They just didn't have any jalapenos. on my way up to the elevator, in the Market shop, i see a "proudly serving Starbucks" then i look and the machine is out of order. (rolling eyes) had the breakfast buffet. It was decent. The employee working the breakfast seemed like she wasn't sure of things, don't know if she was a normal or not. She was very nice and tried to be helpful but seemed very nervous Sunday breakfast, the gentleman was nice but it seems a take out, they lose their minds over and don’t know what to do. Sunday night dinner. When I asked for more ketchup I was asking for the moon apparently, I took a bottle. Seems most are afraid to give real silverware and napkins. Those plastic stuff just do not work. My burger and fries were ok and the carrot cake was ok. Monday no salad dressing with my salad had to go back and get it. I even ask if everything is in and was assured it was. I asked if it could be brought to my room and was informed he can’t leave the bar. So room service there is none. If there isn’t any why do they advertise for it? Absolutely lousy service in the restaurant. The rest of the stay. There was no extra toilet paper in the room when check in. Only the 1/4 of a roll in the holder. The lady who checked us in said being on the 3rd floor there would be no noise. She was definitely wrong. Never take the room they pick for you. We allowed them to pick the room and we were right back the back door. It was cold and felt like a mile away from the elevator. I think over all this hotel could really use a make over and retraining of the staff. The staff always say anything for our guest this remains to be seen. no guest laundry either. When you travel full time is essential to a stay. The hair dryer was amazing! NO BED BUGS! This is one hotel that being a Diamond member, sure wasn’t treated like one. N co a salon.. don’t think they...

By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We recently booked 7 rooms for one week. We had issues from the moment we checked in through the day we checked out. Management was of no help at all we dealt with front desk manager/supervisor (Melissa I believe her name was).

When searching for hotels for our group I had contacted several locations and ended up booking the Double Tree in Nashua. I book for this group every November. A couple requirements that the group has is parking and breakfast included. When checking in they advised that we had free parking but no breakfast. I stated that was part of our agreement and Melissa stated she was going to look into it and get back to us but never did.

We double checked upon check in and again the next morning when we were leaving to be sure that housekeeping would be tending to our rooms and we were assured by the front desk manager that it was and daily service “was included in our rate code”.

First day we got back to the room and they took the trash but did not make the bed or take the dirty towels. I called the front desk and asked if housekeeping made the beds as part of their service and she advised that she didn’t know. I told her what happened and she said she would send someone up with towels. Housekeeping came up with towels and gave my hubby a trash bag to put the dirty towels in. I ended up going down to speak with the manager and she had stated that they were sold out so the staff was overwhelmed. Not an excuse as far as I am concerned.

Over the next several days each person in our group experienced the same type of issues. On more than one occasion we came back to the room at night with dirty towels still in the shower. Sometimes the bed was made sometimes it wasn’t. Sometimes they left towels sometimes they didn’t.

We spoke with front desk manger on many occasions and never once did any of us receive any type of apology for any of the inconveniences we encountered.

Last straw was on the final day one of the guys in our group came downstairs livid because a whole bag of speciality medical supplies had been stolen by housekeeping. Again no apologies.

Hotel itself is nothing special. Rooms are very small and extremely dark. Restaurant has not many choices for food. Service at the bar was terrible. Stale beer and flat soda. Never anyone at the desk after 7-8 pm. No fresh cookies so I don’t know what that ad is about but was there for a week and never saw any cookies. All in all terrible experience. Would never stay at this location again.

So my wife & I stayed there for her birthday in March 2025. Overall the stay was okay. The rooms were clean and modern, the lobby was nice with a very modern look inside and lots of room. The Speaker's Corner where the breakfast buffet was served was great and the staff for both the hotel & Speaker's Corner were pleasant. I'm actually really torn because this really could have been a 4-5-star experience!! Unfortunately, the pool is a mess of epic portion!!! The pool area itself is one of the nicer in-hotel pools I've seen in my stays in Hilton's I visited as a Honors Member as it included a Jacuzzi and a large pool. Our first visit to the pool was Saturday morning upon arrival they had a check-in desk which I found odd? (but later understood why). When entering the pool area immediately noticed someone talking rather loudly. My wife & I saw the Jacuzzi and jumped in. Within about 5 minutes we realized it was a swim lesson as more kids started to pile in. Saturday wasn't too bad they did take a large portion of the pool but there was still room for my wife and I to go in. Sunday was to a COMPLETELY different story! The pool had 3-4 instructors and 7-8 kids! Although a bit overwhelmed we again went to the Jacuzzi. After a few minutes although it was packed I found a corner(LITERALLY A CORNER) of the pool to just relax in. To my surprise and my wife's complete frustration I was asked by the swim instructor's if I could move to accommodate the swim lessons!!! Mind you the pool is completely packed it maybe fits 10-15 people standing and they have the kids doing laps!!. The only area that was open was the stairs where they had all the swim gear laying around! My wife was steaming and at that point was ready to leave. I returned to the Jacuzzi to then find out that the two guy's in the Jacuzzi were also NOT staying in the hotel. But come for the Jacuzzi & Sauna! So maybe the "very rude" instructor though my wife & I didn't pay over $550+ to stay at the hotel and enjoy the amenities, but just a YMCA membership WTF! Oddly enough on our way out the desk attendant said I hope you were able to enjoy the pool. Obviously she must of notice my wife's frustrations, which my wife reply to her "No we didn't". I assume to cover cost and add income they rent out the pool, understandable. But the paying hotel visitors should get preference over the swim lessons!! At the least designated areas for hotel guest and the understanding to the instructors that the swim lessons are secondary to the...
