Also tried to order a pair of sunglasses at the store because I didn't want the display. Was told 3 days they'd be in and they would call me. Called multiple times on day 5. When someone finally answered they said they couldn't find my order and would call me back. When they called back they said "your order was canceled but we just got a brand new pair shipped in today and you can come in and we'll refund you and you can purchase these". Makes perfect sense right? NO! Nobody called. No email. Charge still on my card. So whatever I go back to the store. I go right for the display case to find the ones I wanted so I could take a picture and order them myself. But hmm they're the only pair missing from the display. Then I go to the counter, say who I am. And am presented with a loose pair in a loose case. No box. No plastic. Nothing. 100% lied to sell the display. DO NOT ASK TO ORDER IN STORE. The order will automatically be canceled because a pair of the ones you want are already in the store. Makes no sense but that's what they do. Huge...

I go to the store a 2pm and there is a note on the door that says they are out and there is no return time. Better yet it says to go to the other location which is in the Macy's on the literal other side of the Mall. No big deal at least they can help. I walk all the way there only to get told by the young lady working that unfortunately what I needed done could only be done at the other location. Good news though shes says the other person was on break and they will be back by the time I get back. Ok so I trek all the way back and SHOCKER store is still closed. Read moreI visited the Pheasant Lane Mall store this morning hoping to buy a Ray Ban pair of sunglasses. When I entered the store the employee was on the phone. She did not acknowledge my presence in the store and continued to talk on the phone. Another customer was also in the store looking at glasses. I tried on several pairs over about a five minute period but the employee continued her phone conversation with no effort to acknowledge me or the other customer. Frustrated by the lack of service I walked out and the other customer followed close behind. I will take my business to the store in Merrimack where I am hoping to find better service.
