Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Nashua

Went here today and had a horrible experience!! Kristen, the so-called manager, took my order. While taking my order at the counter, she was not wearing a mask and coughed directly into her hand. She then turned around and made my daughters ice cream cone, without washing her hands or putting on gloves. I pointed out the fact she coughed into her hand before making the ice cream and asked for a new one. She proceeded to be extremely rude and unprofessional. She said that I was wrong and she coughed into her arm. She then stormed off into the back and demanded her poor co worker to make it "because she's not dealing with me". All Kristen had to do was apologize and make things right, especially with COVID and flu season here! But she decided to be very rude and storm off! You're supposedly the manager? Shame on...

I went to this Dairy Queen and ordered a small dipped cone, the workers were holding a dipped cone that had been sitting on the counter for as long as I had been in line. The worker holding it was debating whether to throw it out or not then saw that I had ordered one and handed me the dipped cone that had been sitting on the counter. I work in food service so I understand the struggle of a rush and messing up orders, however I think it was very unprofessional to give someone an order that had been sitting out after laughing about it and discussing it with a fellow coworker. Disappointed but...

I went here for my birthday and was extremely disappointed. I asked for a mint oreo blizzard with brownies and a side of the chocolate shell. The person in front charged me for an entire Sunday even tho I just wanted the hard chocolate topping. When my dessert came, the guy forgot the mint part, so he took it back and re mixed it which basically caused the entire thing to be melted. I couldn’t even complain about the chocolate shell because I had already complained about not getting mint. Then when I went to eat it it was completely melted anyway. I will not be coming...
