Like other websites I've come across, this website is unfriendly, closed, vague and in general not very helpful. I have no clue what else you guys do and prefer to not give out personal info just for a few questions. Also, those who act like they're hiding info makes me suspicious. It would be more user friendly if all the information including services, prices, schedules, etc would be readily available coupled with the ability to easily contact you guys for further instructions/questions/info.
