after a long shift in a restaurant, you sometimes get a craving for a late night snack. Last night, I made the decision, as well as many others at the time, to head to TBell to fulfill the call. I placed my order through the app ahead and when I arrived the drivethru was spilling out into the street. This seems to be a relatively frequent occurrence, as the other two fast food joints in the complex are often bombarded with late night drunk uber pools and stoned kids gorging their minds out on cheap fast food. Even though they were slammed, cars were continually leaving the premise, and the line inched forward at an admirable pace. I ordered a cravings box with the Naked Chicken Chalupa, Crunchy Taco, and Fiesta Potatoes w/ Ground Beef added and it was an extraordinarily satisfying experience. I'm serious, not just stoned. Oh hell yea, this taco bell is the best taco bell ever been too in nashville. You put all taco bells to shame..The food is amazing and you put a load of ingredients on the food..My nachos actually has cheese not look like poor man's nachos but actual nacho and cheese with dripping cheese, tomatoes, meat spread over evenly, even has chips.Lets talk about cheese quesadilla actually has sauce inside and right amount cheese. Omg so good.. This place on fire..even gave napkins and actually mild sauce..NEED bring Donelson taco bell crew to train them here at your location..my roommate at the Donelson one got food posioning, another time burned quesadilla and another time had return all food because grilled steak burritos tasted like the grill was dirty water taste..my favorite use be lebanon rd near briley but you even put them in the ground of how good your location is..keep the good work up..you guys got amazing team knows what they...

if i could give 0 stars i would! DO NOT EAT HERE. yesterday i ordered 2 5 layer beefy burritos , 2 soft taco and some fiesta potatoes. the potatoes were fine , the burrito on the other hand was missing items like nacho cheese and the soft taco lettuce was old as well as the shredded cheese. on top of all of that the dough tasted like cleaner , as in because they were busy they wiped down and didn’t wait for it to dry or didn’t wipe it up so my dough on all 4 items tasted horribly. i called 4 times while i was eating and i got a busy signal each time so i decided to wait til morning , called again the same busy signal. the phone is off the hook so you can’t complain. So i decided to go there and i was told because i didn’t bring the food back i couldn’t get a refund . the most they can do is remake the food and charge me for it at a discounted price. After this experience, i won’t be eating taco...
