Chipotle has to be one of the worst fast food corporations as a whole .
If I could give negative stars I would . I went to this chipotle and there was a sign on the door that said they were only doing online orders so I had to place my order on the app . I ordered a chicken burrito with double chicken, chips and a drink . I used a free entree coupon for the burrito and paid for the extra chicken. I get to the window and the employees hands me one small sealed bag which has the burrito . I ended up having to tell her about the chips and the drink . It’s as if they’re not even reading and checking the orders . Then I get home and take the burrito out it’s literally the size of a Taco Bell burrito and there’s no meat ! By this time they are closed so I can’t go back . I file a complaint online and they tell me the only thing they can do it give me back my free entree but it will expire in 30 days . I told them that was unacceptable and they said they would escalate it and came back and offered me less than the free entree -250 points . Mind you 250 points is not even enough for a bag of chips . I wanted my free entree back without a time limit and my money back for the double chicken that I did not get and they refused . All they could say is they will let the location know about my feedback so this doesn’t happen again and clearly that does not work because almost every review for this location is negative. Chipotle does not care about their customers or loyalty . There are so many complaints about their portions, poor quality and unsatisfactory service and the company as a whole does not care as long as people continue to buy . This will be my last time buying anything from them because I refuse to spend money where it’s not appreciated. Chik Fil A...
Read moreEDIT as of 10/24/2023: It appears the Chipotle/McDonalds strike team has struck. This location is fixed and is serving excellent food with great service. Original rating 1 star, new rating 4 stars.
Original Review: It's an interesting location - sometimes everything is fine, but the majority of the time they are operating with what I can only describe as an actually impressive amount of indifference to the product and customer. Almost as if there is a company culture where their mission statement is "Indifference - it's a team effort!"
I'm talking 25-30 minute waits beyond stated pick up time for orders that have two items. Multiple missing ingredients/incorrect orders without even notifying the customer, let alone an explanation or substitution offer. I've seen multiple situations where the customers waiting for their orders are near riot-level upset at how bad things are going. And if they are in "indifference mode", everything is automatically served at room temp or colder, no exceptions.
The only explanation I can come up with is that it comes down to which (if any) manager is on duty at the time.
I've really never seen anything like it in my 20+ years in the hospitality business, and it's doubly impressive because you would assume Chipotle (and parent-company McDonald's of all places) has some sort of strike-team plan for poorly performing restaurants, but I guess it just hasn't reached their threshold for revenue/pain yet, though it's been like this for at least a year as you can see from the other reviews.
Anyway, I highly recommend going. Best case you get your food and it's of decent quality, worst case you see what is, without exaggeration, probably the worst customer service operation in the city. Either way you will walk away...
Read moreI travel across Nashville for my work and eat at various Chipotle locations on average at least once a week. This is usually the one I really try to avoid. The staff is always annoyed, always out of food, and location is always dirty. My last visit they were out of most ingredients. They charged me for guacamole, a drink, and queso, none of which I ordered. When I returned and spoke to a supervisor, he said he would just give me the guac, drink and queso so he didnt need to refund me. After some back and forth, he eventually refunded me. It's been awhile and I successfully have avoided this location but today I was short on time and I was nearby. It's solidified that no matter what you are better off eating somewhere else if you're in a pinch there's enough food options nearby. The location opens at 10:45 I got there at about 11:10, and all they had was lettuce rice beans and steak. I asked the lady serving me if they had any Barbacoa and she said she didn't know what that was. I pointed to the large picture of barbacoa above her head and she still insisted she didn't know what that was. I then asked if they had any fajita veggies, she said no they didn't have anything because they just opened. I asked if she knew how much longer until whether ingredients were prepared such as the fajita, she said no. I asked her if she can check and see how long, she asked the guy on the grill and he also said he didn't know. I left and drove to another location about 10 minutes away, sure enough, fully stocked fresh ingredients and welcomed with smiles.
I promise you're not craving Chipotle bad enough to experience...
