Towne Nashville has been a huge let down. Staff has not been helpful or responsive. Actually pretty difficult to get ahold of (calls, emails or even in the office. Emails definitely go unanswered unless you send multiple. Do not always honor leasing office hours. Some of the staff can be nice while others can get attitudes rather quickly or just not want to help you. The only member of staff that has been great is Dalton the head of maintenance. The amenities are out of service half the time. The golf simulator never works. The auto locks on doors and gate are constantly down. The parking is HORRIBLE. Like worst I’ve experienced. My Mail packages have been stolen. And deliveries have been stolen from the lobby and from my door. It is also a pain to let any visitors or delivery service in. The gym is clean but very small. Very horrible place to have pets, very limited places to take them out and the “dog run” is very small and gross half of the time.. As for feeling safe, I Had a security guard scare me popping up on me alone in the gym at 5 am asking for my help to walk him down the hall and let him in the leasing office because he was locked out. From the overall interaction it did not make me feel assured about the “security” they have. There are always people outside the apartment lingering or even aggressively knocking in your windows as you’re trying to leave. This happens weekly and I just have to make sure my car door is locked while in it even at the red light out side the building. This weekend I watched two homeless men brawling in the street yelling outside the apartment until the cops were called. I was threatened with a fine for my trash being outside of my door, but the valet trash service you are required to pay for missed my trash. (They knew this had been an issue because they even sent emails about giving the new trash man grace) I was not mad until I tried to explain to the office person that texted me why my trash was still outside, and she caught an attitude and doubled down on the fact that they were gonna fine me. So I am required to pay for a service, they don’t do their job and I don’t receive that service AND I am going to be fined for it?? Over all Towne is not it. Very sad about the experience and have never left public reviews before this but had to share...
Read moreWhere do I start? Perhaps with the homeless men constantly parading around the garage and building at all hours, soliciting money from residents. Or maybe with the lack of care from management when you have serious issues that remain unresolved.
This complex is extremely overpriced. Don’t fall for the rent “specials”—they still don’t justify what you’re paying. They advertise it as luxury, but the finishes are nowhere near high-end enough to qualify.
At this so-called luxury apartment complex, management enables residents to allow their dogs to urinate off the balcony, even from higher floors like the 2nd, 3rd, and above. They allow this with no repercussions, which doesn’t seem luxurious to me. You’re also right in the middle of inner-city Nashville, surrounded by drug addicts, thanks to the complex being built across the street from the mission. You can literally walk across the street from the apartment and find yourself in an unsafe environment within seconds.
The property management is all about locking people into a lease, then they stop caring once you’re in. There are constant electrical issues, and multiple units can go without power for days while you’re paying upwards of $2K to live here. The amenities were poorly thought out—the pool area is scorching hot, with no umbrellas and barely any shade, even though we’re in the Deep South.
All in all, don’t be fooled by the 5-star reviews from people who only did tours. There’s a reason why Kelcey, the name in almost every positive review, has moved out of this building even after working here. Management is neglectful and greedy. Imagine paying for a balcony you can’t use! I’m paying $500 more than I would just 5 minutes away from here for a balcony that’s constantly covered in dog urine, and I have 19 unanswered emails from the front office about it. When you go in, they’re unapologetic about any issues you have. It’s highway robbery.
Edit: I’ve added another star because the office did eventually get back to me and tried to fix some of the issues I personally had. I’ll be updating my review in the future but for now, there has been...

We’ve lived here since the complex opened and were one of the first residents, but it has drastically gone downhill. Here’s why: SAFETY IS NON-EXISTENT: Homeless individuals are constantly loitering around the property, soliciting and harassing residents. They’ll chase you through the parking garage or bang on your car windows, leaving you feeling completely unsafe. Daily you will see a different homeless person passed out drunk/high or urinating in the garage. Heres the worst part, my friend even found a GUN in the dumpster by the pool. When reported, management took FIVE HOURS to even acknowledge it because they were “too busy with vendors.” A gun was literally sitting in a dumpster in a residential complex, and they couldn’t be bothered to prioritize safety so WE ended up calling the police. GARAGE NIGHTMARES: The garage door is broken more often than it works, and management does nothing to secure the area. Cars are repeatedly broken into, packages are stolen, and windows are smashed. Four of my friends had their cars broken into just this past year. Yet, management refuses to address these recurring issues. FALSE LUXURY CLAIMS: This place is marketed as “luxury,” but that’s a joke. The amenities are constantly broken, and the maintenance is subpar. The only thing that seems to work flawlessly is their system for fining residents—for example, charging up to $100 for leaving your valet trash bin in the hallway, which is where they’re supposed to pick it up! SCAMMING NEW RESIDENTS: The so-called “move-in deals” are a trap. They’ll find ways to charge you extra down the line, offsetting any discount you thought you were getting.
Save yourself the stress, the unsafe environment, and the hidden fees. Spend a little extra and live somewhere that actually cares about its residents. I’ve lived here since the beginning, and I can confidently say this place has become a complete disaster. Avoid...
