I have been living here at One Metrocenter for about 9 months and have loved every minute of it! From the moment we took our first tour, this community felt like "home;" it didn't feel like a cookie cutter apartment complex. This is a quiet yet warm and inviting community.
Here are my thoughts and experiences: Like someone else said, the location, amenities, and cost are amazing!
The staff members here are AMAZING. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I truly cannot say enough good things about the staff here. We have interacted the most with Allison and Joshua, who are both amazing people and leasing professionals. Brandon, the property manager, is also wonderful! (My main point is that I have never felt like just a tenant here; the staff treats you like a neighbor and you are able to always have meaningful interactions with every One Metrocenter employee).
Like many other people have said - Chris with maintenance is incredible!!! He is such a friendly person. The few times we have needed to put in a service request, he has come within 24 hours (usually the same day unless our request was submitted in the evening). His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile is unmatched.
On that same note, we have never had any major maintenance issues or concerns. One Metrocenter is continually doing routine and preventative maintenance on every part of the complex.
There are regular community events (even adapted to be COVID friendly during the pandemic). We have had food trucks, Ben & Jerry's ice cream, mimosa bar + brunch delivered to your door, holiday decorating contests, etc.
The other residents here are so kind. I have yet to encounter a neighbor who is unfriendly. More importantly, the residents are honest. We don't have an issue with packages/mail being stolen. And any time a package has been accidentally delivered to the wrong unit, there is a quick post in the resident portal to try to get the package to its intended recipient.
I would highly recommend One Metrocenter to anyone considering moving here. It truly is a...

I initially posted a one star review as a result of miscommunication. However, since posting and reaching out to the complex, they have been amazing. I have yet to live at a complex where the staff actually cares about the tenants and at one metro I truly get the feeling that they care. Keeping the initial post below as context. I can firmly say that they helped us and dealt with the situation amazingly. I am excited to live with them and I am extremely grateful for all of their help and care through this hard time.
——————— (Old) I am very upset with this complex. I had an AMAZING tour experience with Melissa, who was so nice and compassionate. My partner and I's apartment recently burned down and we now have to look for a new place to live. Melissa was so nice in helping us and giving us an offer at a price we can afford as well as 2 months free, and the fees waives for a B3 on the first floor. My partner and I were SO excited to sign the lease and move in to finally have a home back. All we wanted to do was see the apartment one more time. During that visit we were told all the information we were told is wrong. We would not get 2 free months, we would not get our fees waived, AND we had to sign by tonight OR our offer would go up (when we were originally told we have until tomorrow night). This is has made me extremely upset. It was honestly the icing on the cake. From a fire at our building, to being displaced since mid-November, to having to move when we were never planning on to now. Having our hopes up that our living situation would be solved in such a lovely place to then be shot down and told we were told lies. Melissa was amazing and I am sad I will not be able to work with her anymore. Whoever gave us the tour today, I'm heartbroken as now we have to start at block 1...
Read moreOverall this is a nice community. The leasing office is nice and the amenities are great. My only issue is that there is a thief problem. Even with the use of FETCH, People have been getting their packages stolen from their front doors. Ive personally had my package stolen and caught the person on camera and scared them to drop it. The issue is the person that stole it is not even a resident, so how they got into the building and was wandering the hallways looking to steal packages is an issue!!!! And if it wasn't for me having my ring camera, record and notify me when people are at my door, I would have never been able to receive my package back! Ive also had a SINGLE tire stolen from my car, mind you this is a gated community. I asked if they had cameras and they do not. They dont have cameras at the gates, the guest entrances, mailboxes, elevators, or the hallways. Overall it is a nice community, but there needs to be a package room or luxer lockers with cameras in place. Makes no sense for us to be paying for FETCH in our resident fees to still get our packages stolen. Please use those fees and create a package room instead of a doggy spa. Thank you.
EDIT: and to add since I received a response. It does not matter if FETCH has a signature required feature or not. The fact that packages are being stolen regardless by people (nonresidents) who are able to access the building, and tires are being stolen and there are no cameras in place is a problem. Multiple residents have complained about this and the only solution has been FETCH. I get this is a business and theres only so much apartments can provide, but I need to be able to live in a safe gated community without my personal belongings being touched. Regardless of its a parked car outside, or a signatureless...
