I had the best experience at Venus Luxury Spa. I felt like I was visiting with friends from the moment I walked in the door. Holly, the spa director sat down with me as soon as I walked in the door. She did a great job showcasing the spa. The spa, by the way, is beautifully decorated. The atmosphere is plush but not snooty. I instantly felt relaxed. Rachel was my aesthetician. She was genuinely interested in my skin concerns and explained everything she did during the facial. Rachel was the perfect mix of friendly and profession.
