I purchased a Deep Tissue massage back in December that was redeemable until April 2021. I understand due to COVID certain measures may be taken differently or not at all. However, the young lady I called and spoke to in reference to this was unprofessional. Rude attitude and all. I'm not sure whether it's the day or what, it's too many options of massage places in Nashville to go to for you to block potential clients out all by your personality. I was informed they are currently closed and then also that they are not accepting new clients. Again, I understand that. The ladies attitude toward the conversation was just not one I'd want to invest in. I purchased this massage as a gift to someone during Christmas that they are unable to use. I'm not even bothered by the funds I wasted in comparison to the rude female I spoke to.
