The Wilder — Attraction in Nashville-Davidson

The Wilder is a unique place in a unique part of Nashville. The area is vibrant with opportunity and I genuinely believe that this area will be a hot spot in the near future. There are also lovely places close that make this area feel like a community! A small community garden is available for volunteering and they also offer free meals to community members. So close to East Nashville which is full of great shops, breweries, and bars. The Basement East, Grimeys Records, and East Nashville Brewing. I mean come on, for the price it's a no brainer. I am absolutely excited my son moved into these apartments. Single one person unit. The office staff..especially Rachel... are God sent. The help and the way they explain everything up front and honestly is refreshing. We have not had any issues with apartment nor neighbors. They do awesome screening for their tenants. The gate was being updated when we were their to visit my son. Which is also refreshing because they do main their property. Can not say enough about The Wilder. Great place to live.
