I was routed to this location to catch Mega bus and while waiting for the bus to arrive I decided to order a sandwich, there was a customer ahead of me that had a question concerning the price of the sub, the customer was not understanding why the sub was a higher price the manager who said her name was Lisa I did not catch the last name escalated the situation with her tone and lack of respect the customer so the customer felt compel to have a back and forth with the lady and Lisa the manager on duty continue in a loud aggressive tone telling the customers the price of her 5 chicken subs she had in the restaurant, as a manager in a hospital environment it is our jobs to calm an irate person rather than argue with someone and make it even more heated, the manager in question should have been able to diffuse the situation but it almost felt and was confirmed after the couple left that she wanted bragging rights Lisa needs customer service training or maybe a demotion and retraining to learn how to handle customers in a situation, it is sad that I am learning how to not receive good customer service but we should not have to be disrespected in the process And to make matters worst she and one of the crew member is laughing about how she is the wrong white girl and how she thought she would have to dragged the customer, you most definitely have to wrong person representing...
