Good job, Taco Bell! You turned away a truck driver who just wanted to grab a quick meal before he had to get back on the road. My fiance stopped by the Taco Bell at 1410 Brick Church Pike in Nashville, TN to see if he could order a meal. Obviously he can't drive a semi truck through a drive thru, so he walked up to the window and he was REJECTED. The drive thru was empty. He had to ask a very nice Police Officer, whom just happened to be at this Taco Bell, if they would be nice enough to go through the drive thru for him - AND THEY DID!! So, thank you to our amazing Law Enforcement Officers and all that they do to keep us safe and to help our Truck Drivers in this time of need!
Truck Drivers are essential!
DRILL IT INTO YOUR HEAD!
TRUCK. DRIVERS. ARE. ESSENTIAL.
Truck Drivers are on the road for very long hours and some can only manage a snack while refueling. Some don't eat until they're stopped for the day. Others run out of time while driving on the interstate and have to pull over in a location with no rest stops or food places in sight! I urge everyone to follow in this kind Police Officer's footsteps and help keep our Truck Drivers fed!

Read moreService was terrible and food was poorly prepared and tasted like it was on the verge of spoiling. I went there for a late lunch around 2:30pm, and there was nobody in line ahead of me, and one car in the drive thru, yet I had to wait for service for 5 minutes, the employees seemed to be having a good time laughing and talking in the kitchen area though. I ordered my quesadilla, and after 20 minutes and counting a grand total of three cars going through the drive thru, and no other walk-in customers, my order was finally delivered. After the terrible customer service, I was horrified to take a bite of what tasted like week old salsa, a quesadilla that wasn't sliced and had a pile of overcooked steak in the center, but not the ends, and a pile of broken, stale tortilla chips. And, if you go there do NOT let the girl named "Kenali?" take your order. She sounded uneducated, uncouth, and unmannered, yet she had the nerve to talk to me in a most patronizing, condescending way. Shame on this particular franchise owner for allowing such terrible service, awful quality, and...
Read moreAquita Combs (not sure if that’s spelled correctly but that’s the name I was give when I asked the very rude manager for her name.) On 11/26/24 @2:30 AM my gf and I decided to go to Taco Bell. My gf ordered at the drive-thru then I ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch. Long story short, we parked and notice my Gordita crunch was missing. So we drove back around and I get to the window and jokingly say “yall scammed me out of my cheesy Gordita crunch”. She asks to see my receipt and states that I wasn’t wrung up for it. So I ask her could I re-order it and she says “No we are closed” slams the window in my face and locks it. Mind you it’s 2:54AM and they don’t close til 3AM. I understand they didn’t ring it up but she could’ve at least allowed me to reorder my food that I waited for and expected to be in the bag. I’m writing this post because I’m positive Taco Bell does not promote this type of behavior especially from a manager. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced and it blows my mind that these actions came...
