I am a believer in gifts that are useful yet person-perfect. Custom printed t-shirts from Lit Customs often fit that bill!

What do you get a teenage boy with autism? An adult-sized t-shirt with a picture of a train and "TRRAAIIINNN!" on it.

What do you get a dad who isn't into anything in particular? A t-shirt with "I only get weirder the longer you know me" on it.

I love that Lit can create custom printed shirts while I wait. No waiting weeks, no shipping fees! They've created custom graphics for me in-store and I've emailed them graphics that I've created myself. They have done cut vinyl text and clip art for me in basic solid and florescent colors, as well as glitter and tie dye. They have also done really nice printed images for me.

I love that they offer a variety of printable items (crew neck and V-neck t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies and sweatpants) in baby, child, women's and men's sizes, in a variety of colors (basic solids, heathers, florescents, and tie dye). You can also BYOC (bring your own clothes) if they don't offer what you need (but ask them about it first!).

This past Christmas, I had 3 vinyl text shirts made for my husband and 1 printed image and vinyl text shirt made for my son. All of them have been through the laundry at least a dozen times now (including the dryer on low) and all but the printed image, which is a little faded (but still easily recognizable) still look great! Very little, if any shrinkage, and the vinyl text is still completely stuck on. No peeling so far.

And I feel that their prices are fair for the products that I bought: $25 to $40 per t-shirt, depending on the shirt and how much vinyl text and/or image is applied to it. And it's made while I wait. It can't get better than that!
