Milkshake Lovers — Restaurant in Natick

I asked to employees to mix strawberry and mocha milskahes together i paid $7.99 with tip. I usually get mocha but this time i asked them to mix it but later after couple sip I didn’t like strawberry taste its very poor quality ( never buy strawberry shake) it doesn’t taste like a Starbucks strawberry sauce . Later i came back and asked them very nicely and shyly if its possible to replace it cause I didn’t want to waste my money and throw it to trash. They said its not our fault I was like ok i know it and I didn’t blame you for this just didn’t like the strawberry sauce in it taste rotten, so she didn’t even apologize and made very bad face to me , she replaced it with just mocha and I said thank you , still with bad attitude she gave the drink to me , I said next time dont make a face to customer just replace it so customers can come back .. After that she said sorry with a face , it was my first time in USA that complained to employees about their attitude.. Actually im very shy person and wont buy anything...

As an almost every-day customer of this place myself, I can confidently say that their stuff is good :)) but I have seen complaints with the increase of pricing, customer services, and the quality of their ice cream and shakes going downhill. I wanted to stop by again to see what was wrong, the prices did go up, but not a major issue. Customer service was medium-friendly when I walked in. But again, not a big deal. Paid, waited, and got my usual shake order. Then took a sip…. Not a problem in sight, or taste for that matter :)) absolutely amazing 👍 quality has rather gone up than down. The texture of their shakes are luscious and extra creamier than before, which earns this place extra points. I would definitely come back to this place, I can guarantee that once you’ll order what you want, you’ll get your money’s worth. Flavor I highly recommend is I Hate...

First off she continuously barked to my mother that there was no pineapple even though she ordered a drink with out any pineapple. second she was so rude, always rolling her eyes and when I was about to say my order she said “not yet” and walked away. when I scanned my card she skipped through all the rest of the steps when there was one person behind me. She “forgot” whip cream on my mothers drink and when my mom politely and very kindly asked she rolled her eyes and went back to put whip cream on half the drink. She rudely smacked the drink down on the counter. overall...
