As soon as I bought my brand new iPhone 12 Pro from the Apple Store in Natick I walked a few feet and had a ZAGG screen protector put on. Danny G was there and he artfully positioned and placed the protector perfectly onto my new iPhone. He explained the warranty policy and the whole process took I think less than 5 minutes. The last time I was there I was helped by the same person and he had replaced my awful Belkin screen protector I bought elsewhere with a nice ZAGG one on my iPhone 6s. I never forgot how good he was. My wife just got herself a new iPhone 12 and had Apple put on a Belkin screen protector. Immediately it had some air bubbles and wouldn't smooth out. We returned the screen protector right away at Apple Store and headed over to ZAGG. And Danny was there. He cleaned the screen and perfectly placed the screen protector on her brand new phone. She took one look at the screen protector opened up an app and said "WOW! What a difference, it's so smooth and perfect". No bubbles or lint. Very cool how evenly placed the protector is on the phone. I'm super pleased with the quality of the screen protector and it's tactile feel. That coupled with Danny's attention to detail make it a winning combination....
Read moreI had my screen replaced here and saved $40.00 compared to Apple Store, but now my display is constantly dim even after changing the brightness to max. I came back here Monday to have them take a look and the rep who was here said that he'd open my phone and try to see if switching the display would make a difference but he know it'd be a waste of time. He said that his parts are from a third party distributor and that they couldn't guarantee the outcome (I wasn't told this but should have thought about it b/c of the deep discounted price). He kept saying I was making up the problem even though he saw it and that I was making up a problem that didn't exist because there were no problems there. I feel very insulted right now: being a mom to 2 small kids and having 3 jobs doesn't leave me enough time to "make up things that don't exist".
When my screen takes again, I'll be going to the Apple Store. Terrible...
Read moreI went to have my screen protector replaced today on my iPhone X. The location is a cart inside the mall and I went shortly after the mall opened, 10:08am. When I approached the cart the associate was not interested in helping me and insisted he needed count the money first even if I was paying with a card.
After a few minutes of awkwardly standing there waiting he finally could help me. He replaced my screen protector and then told me he needed my phone number to check out. I have never EVER needed to give my number before and refused to give my number for privacy reasons. At that point he told me he would need to take the new screen off and put my broken one back on. I am sorry but you do no EVER need someone’s contact information for them to buy your product if they can walk out of the mall with it. Don’t shop here if you like...
