Nazareth Ceramic Center — Attraction in Nazareth

I dropped off 2 ceramic lava trees Dec 17th of 2022 to be fired with gold luster and mother of pearl. The owner explained she was having surgery in January and likely would have them done by March/April. We agreed to reach out around that time. I have called & texted multiple times SINCE APRIL asking for an update and have gotten nothing. One of the store associates told me they were in her private studio so she didn’t know if they were done. It’s currently Nov 3rd 2023 and no one has called me back with an update. We’re over an hour away and haven’t been able to stop in and speak to someone directly but I am so fed up with Barbara at this point. She should have just told me she wasn’t able to take on the task. Such a great place! Fun, lots of choices of pieces to paint, all inclusive pricing, so the price on the piece is the price you pay to complete it. Excellent customer service! My daughter painted a piece as a gift, they weren’t sure if it could be done in time for when she needed it, they made it happen and got in touch with me immediately to make sure she had it. I was super impressed with that. It’s so hard to find truly impressive customer service today. They are spot on and this place is great. My daughter and I hope to visit again soon! Lots of fun. Also, they had nice relaxing, quiet music playing and I could totally see this as an amazing form of zen “quiet time” for an insanely busy mom like myself or with a few girlfriends! Wonderful...

This place is a hidden gem! I didn't realize they had so many different "ready to paint" pieces! Huge variety for all ages!! If you'd be more comfortable painting in your home, they offer "to go" kits! The kits include everything that you need to turn your project into a masterpiece! When you're done painting, you bring it back & they will fire it in the kiln!! So awesome!! Definitely check...
