I was excited to check out and support this new coffee shop in Downtown Nazareth! The pictures online looked great, and I was intrigued by the outdoor patio. As someone who runs my own business and works from home off my laptop, I'm always looking for new coffee shops to work from to get out of the house, focus, and have a change of scenery. I’d rather support a family business over a Starbucks any day of the week. The place is cute with nice decor and a cool selection of retail items. The nitro coffee was also tasty. But there’s a deal-breaker - they don’t have a public restroom for patrons. And it's not like the location doesn't have a bathroom - it does. However, they've made the decision to not allow patrons to use it. They've barricaded it off and have put up signs in multiple locations stating that it is not for public use. It's baffling that a cafe offering beverages and food, especially one with extensive and cozy outdoor seating, wouldn't allow patrons to use the restroom! This could affect whether or not people spend time at your shop and may discourage multiple purchases. I asked the person working if there were any plans to open up the restroom, and I got a shoulder shrug. "I dunno. The owners said its only allowed to be used by someone if they have medical issues," They then mentioned, "I know there’s a bathroom at the public library that’s like a block and a half from here." Thanks, but no thanks. So you’re telling me that the bathroom is there, it works, but patrons aren't allowed to use it? Why? Maybe they don’t want people to spend extended time at the cafe, which seems strange, especially in a small town like Nazareth. Maybe they don’t want to have to clean it. Regardless of the reason, not having a restroom is enough of a reason for this cafe to not be in my rotation. I would have been here at least weekly. If you just want to be a to-go shop, that makes sense. But I just don’t think you can have seating for 22 people and not let anyone use your restroom like a normal cafe does.
And now that I’m done with my coffee, it’s time to go back home so...

I was super excited to check out this coffee shop after seeing all the rave reviews. But I had a super awkward experience with the staff. When receiving my order, I noticed that there was a comment on the order slip for “cc fee”. I asked the gentleman working what that meant, he explained it was a credit card fee of 4%. I suggested that they put a little sign up letting customers know that they charged a fee as that is what most small businesses do. He said he would have to talk to the manager/owner. I am not upset about having to pay a fee to support a small business, but in this case I had cash and would have just done that if I knew there was one. Where it got awkward was when I was sitting there with my family the owner/manager came in and the gentlemen working proceed to tell her about my complaint to which they answered loudly that small businesses can’t absorb that fee and so maybe they should put a sign up. Like great, glad you begrudgingly agreed but it was wildly inappropriate to talk about it when we were sitting there as the only customers inside. Or perhaps, if that was the only time that it made sense the owner could have came over and said something directly to us about it directly.
In terms of the order itself, the hot chocolate was delicious, the blueberry muffin was fine - a bit cakey for my liking but my...
Read moreI've been dying to visit here since I came across this recommendation through Yelp. I patronize a local bakery to the road from the cafe on a regular basis. So today my daughter and I stopped in. I gor the honey lavender iced latte and my daughter orders the vanilla Carmel machinations iced, I also purchased a slice of the the pistachio ricotta cake. Morsey greeted us and patiently waited for us to order, he and the young lady working there are very friendly and answers all my questions. My daughter always asks for iced coffees when we go to places but rarely finishes them, she tasted her coffee and immediately couldn't stop drinking it. Drank it halfway down before we left the cafe and finished off by the time we arrived home. They roast their own beans and so the acidity is low , lots of flavor without the bitterness that some espresso based drink may have. The honey lavender latte is also delicious, definitely gonna be my go to coffee there, but they also.have chairs , matcha and Boba that I will need to try. And the cake, OMG I absolutely loved , it was light, just the right amount of sweetness and creamy. I couldn't stop myself from eating the whole slice and thinking I could eat a whole cake of this. I will definitely visit again and hope they have that cake when I do. There are a lot of other pastries to try as well. The atmosphere there is super cozy cafe feel. They also have a shelf with local soaps and...
