I wouldn’t recommend this place for repair work. I think you’d be better off going to Ben Franklin. I brought in two large framed pieces. One the art had slid down and needed to be retapped, the other the border detailing had slid down and needed to be repositioned and tapped. I was charged a couple hundred dollars which seemed like a steep price tag, but I was told that all their work was meticulous. I was told that this was a discounted price and I would have to deconstruct the frames and clean the glass myself before bringing it in. It was a couple months before they were ready for pick up. Sadly, in less than a year, the tape on both failed and the artwork had slide down again! I brought the pieces back in and was told it would cost an additional $225...

I had a photograph framed here a few months ago and could not be happier with the outcome. Melissa and her team were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and guided me to the exact right frame and mat for my artwork. The turn-around for getting the completed piece back was exactly as promised - even a bit early and the result is so gorgeous I am absolutely delighted. It was a great value and all of the materials are luxe, and even though I chose the less-expensive options, everything was handled with care and as much respect as if I was spending thousands of dollars. We brought in a set of 11 woodcuts prints from one of my favorite Alaskan artists. Melissa was wonderful to work with and provided such good advice with respect to the matting and frame choices. Several of the prints had gently curved images and for these, she created matching curved double-matting that really enhanced the beauty of the prints.

We couldn't be more pleased with how this project turned out - we are able to display these prints in a complete grouping for the first time since I began collecting this artist over 20 years ago.
