Wow, I really can’t say enough good things about this bike shop! After spending weeks researching and deciding on which mountain bike was right for me, I was heartbroken to discover it was “indefinitely sold out” from the Specialized factory. In a final Hail Mary attempt, I searched inventories within 200 miles of my location and found the exact bike I was looking for at Tour of Nevada on Friday. With a quick confirmation phone call, they set the bike aside as sold for me to pick up later in the weekend. I was too excited to wait and decided to pick it up that evening after work. Not only were they incredibly accommodating of getting my tubeless tires squared away before I arrived (despite the much shortened timeline), Duane stayed a full hour after close to ensure that my bike fit me properly and to explain the adjustments he was making as he went along. The shop may be an hour from home, but with the exceptional friendliness and service I will be returning for all of my cycling needs. Thank you Duane and crew—you guys...

I had an awesome experience at TONC! My hunny suggested to me and Joe, the rep at the shop that maybe I need a new seat (saddle). turned out to be Life changing. by the time we started talking to Joe about this, he had already spotted at least one issue that needed attention... my seat is outdated and too small. He sized me up, put me in a new seat and suggested a new pair of shorts that are also more advanced. I have only had the chance to ride once since... and feel like it added 10 watts to my power.... I did not expect that... and the seat and shorts were so much more comfortable. plus, both the shorts and the seat are both lighter. Joe knew my size with a split second of a glance, and was exactly right. This man pays attention and has earned some serious respect credit from me. I was skeptical, but, now will look to him for advice in the future. and you know what.... it didnt even cost that much! Next time I hope to have my hunny get the...

They really helped us out! My son (9 years old) wants to get into mountain biking (we have so many great trails behind our home and in Nevada county) but I do not know anything about mountain biking. We brought in a pretty subpar bike that was given to us in the hopes of fixing it up a bit. And they told us that it would prob cost more than it was worth and instead offered a trade in for a really AWESOME! bike for my son. When they brought it out we were really wowed, and the cool thing is, is that the guys there seemed genuinely happy on doing us such a great trade in. They also took the time to get my son the right helmet and looked for one I could afford. Mateo and Dylan (sorry if I misspelled your names) were truly helpful and seemed to really want to get kids on bikes. My son says, "they were the best!" He is SUPER STOKED on...
