I'm SO grateful for Texas Home Systems! Our church had major damage from the SNOVID freeze and lack of power. Our pipes burst, causing over $1M of damage, including much of our AV systems and cabling run through the ceiling. Texas Home Systems met on-site with me within just a few days and gave me great advice, salvaging what equipment we could to move to a different area of the church while we repaired the damage. THS helped me design a new system, prepared a professional quote to present to the church, sourced our items, and installed/programmed everything. We installed a motorized projector screen so the kids can play in the room when we are not meeting, theatrical lights appropriate for church stage and live-streaming, cameras and switcher and computer for live-streaming, and re-set all our sound systems - microphones, amps, speakers, and soundboard. They had us back in operations by Easter - no small feat since many other organizations in our area were going through the same process. The workers were so kind and respectful to me, going the extra mile to explain things I didn't understand. Sean was involved in the process every step, checking in on the progress and problem solving when we encountered unexpected surprises in our older church building. ;) Our first service in the space on Easter morning, we still had so much work ahead of us - meeting on a raw wood stage and concrete floors, but our AV was on-point! We recently moved to the area and into a home where we had an existing disconnected Wi-Fi, home audio and bits of surround systems. Mike, Barney and crew integrated the existing systems with my surround components, provided the missing pieces, did troubleshooting on streaming issues and completed a seamless home audio/Wi-Fi/automation system. Read moreI was having trouble setting up a surround system and was contacted by Mike. He attempted to help over the phone without visiting in-person and charging a service fee. He was EXTREMELY kind, helpful and patient!! He allowed me to take pictures of the products and send them to his cell phone for him to try and diagnose remotely.
