Bloomery Cannabis - New Buffalo — Attraction in New Buffalo Township

Horrible!!! The whole experience was garbage. Came in for the 12/$25 infused dragonflys....( wanted 24) and bc ad said yall price matched. Only to be told my husband couldn't use his first timer 50% Off deal on those bc they are already on sale. Was also told I couldn't get more than 15. Then could only get 12 bc of the deal. The other item I was coming for was (bc your ad says you price match) the infused Calie Blaze 5/$20... Manager comes over asks who is the store... I reply with a pic and said Pure Cannibus Outlet. She says.... we don't price match with them bc they have bad outdated weed. OK great... so now I can't use my first timer deal. Can't use my birthday coupon. Can't use the price matching coupon.... ad dose not specify which stores are and are NOT on your list of opinionated dispensaries. And regardless Calie Blaze is there own brand.... they have the same deals everywhere. Then after I paid $40 for the 5 pre rolls...my friend who i brought for HIS first time... informed me that he got she then tells me...he got 3 firestxx 3 Cali blazes... 1 pk of the mini bubble hash.... for LESS Than $40!!! She told me at first that I couldn't use the 50% for the calie blazes bc your store already had them on sale for 20% Off. But realized after I already spent $40.... ohhh do you want a refund and we can put these calie blazes on your husband's account bc he could have used the 50%on those!! Regardless if they were already $1.60 off the original price. So this was the worst experience I've had with any...

I have no other experience at any other dispensary in Michigan beyond this location as I traveled from Illinois. Not only was the drive not bad at all, and the atmosphere was a little chaotic for me as it was my first time, but chaotic in a good way, it literally paid for itself going there and getting the amazing prices, and not to mention that gas is actually cheaper out in Michigan than from where I'm from so that's a plus as well. Also, all of the staff seems to be super knowledgeable in super friendly and super patient with all of the customers, and the facility in itself was very organized and very clean, so I literally have zero complaints. Being as it was my first time, we got 50% off of everything. I walked away with some free things, which I obviously cannot complain. The Bud Tender named Karsyn was super friendly and very patient with us and let us look at and smell everything we asked about. The prices are absolutely worth the drive especially if you smoke alot, and/or enjoy concentrates and edibles and all that jazz. Or even if you and your friends put together a list of what multiple people want, and take turns taking the drives out there, it's completely worth it. Whatever we did not receive the half off on my account on from being a first-timer, the store was having a store-wide 40% off sale anyways so definitely couldn't beat the prices! I can't wait to go back to...

Lacey and Rob were amazing! That's the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. I spend thousands of dollars here and my visit before today they messed up so much so I left a bad review. I got a call a day or so later from people at the dispensary explaining their situation and why they did what they did. While that still didn't even solve my complaint, they offered me a $30 credit for my issues if I would give them another try. Fast forward to last night when I drove another 6 hour trip and stopped here strictly to use my $30 off since I was in the area visiting other dispensaries. The lady proceeds to tell me I have no credit then has to get a manager. Yes, after 20 minutes they gave me the $30 off BUT I had to argue to get it and it wasn't even a fair discount considering I spent over a thousand dollars alone under "anonymous" so $30 didn't even cover the points I lost. Sigh, every other dispensary is now price matching just like them and have the same products for roughly the same deals maybe $5 more here and there but it's worth the extra because you GET YOUR POINTS AT THE OTHER PLACES! Avoid this place unless it's your first transaction for the 50% off. Other than that it has...
