I ordered chaat items at the front. One of the items was served in a bowl. I asked for a box to take it back with me. The lady who served it said that she cannot give me a box. She gave me another bowl instead to cover it. I told her I paid for this item and to take it out I need a box and I saw boxes were right next to her. She got miffed and tossed the box at me. It was very rude and so I complained it to another person who called herself the manager. To this, the lady said that she did not toss it and only kept it down. And the manager lady was saying things to convince me that she kept it down and did not toss it and started saying things about quantity and stuff. Oh god, At least have the courage to accept what you did. So looks like there is no point in raising a complaint the right way as well there. But I had my family with me and my kid was right next to me. I’m not going to let someone mistreat another human unnecessarily and just go about like nothing happened. Thats not what I want my kid to learn. They need to stand up for themselves when people mistreat you. You CANNOT toss a plate or a box no matter how annoyed you are feeling. That’s the reason I let the manager know. Hope they don’t do it to someone else. I cannot believe they treat their customers like this. Especially when serving food. Read moreI have given one star for worst customer service. They have opened a snacks counter in the store. We have bought twice and each time the dish was stale. First time we bought veg cutlets and then next time we got Batata Vada (Aloo Vada). Due to these bitter experiences, I was sharing feedback with one of the staff members (lady) and she was extremely rude. I told her about the snack being stale and she smirked and asked me for a bill. The worst part was that she did not admit that there can be any food quality issues at their store. I was okay to forego the refund but she was so adamant about the fact that there can be no issues with their food quality. She kept asking me for a bill so she would know which batch I was complaining about. I did not have the bill with me but could share the timeframe when I had ordered. She was not polite at all and extremely rude for just a 2 dollars dish. She kept arguing and doesn't know how to take a customer feedback constructively. Read moreI had been purchasing produce and and grocery from this store since last 4 years and there product is real good, however, they don’t have any loyalty program for their long time customers not any gratitude!!! Last week along with other items bought a Pomegranate for $4.99 and after opening it at home found it all rotten inside! Since I could not come during weekdays I came in today for my weekly shopping and told the store manager/owner about my rotten Pomegranate and I expected a refund or at least another same item as a token of empathy since my $4.99 was all went in vain! The person who sits behind the Manager/Owner’s desk tried to explain me why it had happened and they don’t have anything to do with it and so on and most frustratingly never even Apologized let alone mentioning a refund or even a discounted item as replacement!!!! I was so shocked that I didn’t have the appetite to continue the discussion any more and left with my weekly shopping for $106.49. I know that I have to come to this store again BUT I will never recommend this Store to anyone!!!!!
