New Kensington Floral and Gift Shop — Attraction in New Kensington

A few days ago a friend of our family passed away and as a former florist, I was motivated to make a spray for the funeral, myself. Finding professional floral supplies at places like Joann, Michaels, and Hobby Lobby can be challenging or impossible. I just wanted to say I called 2 hours before closing time. Requested a same day delivery an I didn’t know what to get so just asked for them to make it nice. The driver had to be called in for just my delivery a they said they would do it. The arrangement showed up a better than I had ever thought it would look like just gorgeous. I was sent a fruit basket by my aunt & uncle in PA. They paid $70 cash, were not given a receipt, and when they returned with photos of the sorry lopsided puny basket of fruit and complained; they were told nothing could be done about it. This is the 2nd time this shop has not delivered what they ordered. There will not be a third time. Use another floral service. If you do buy from them, use a credit card. At least you can dispute the charge when they don't deliver...
