I visited this Taco Bell location while visiting the area for an appointment with a new doctor. My daughter and one year old granddaughter accompanied me for lunch. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was surprised at their preference for kiosk ordering, and the fact that they directed customers to use the kiosk, although they were present and available. While our orders took a little longer to fulfill than what I'd expect from Taco Bell, I will say that it was absolutely worth the extra minute or two. Our food was made fresh upon ordering. I could literally see the manager putting our orders together. The food was delicious and my granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed her Stacker!
While I'm not current with technology or trends, and prefer most things "the way they used to be," I must admit that the kiosk ordering is not only convenient, but quite accommodating! The kiosk allows you to completely customize your order, picking and choosing what you do and don't want included, such as eliminating tomatoes, or adding jalapeños! You can also swap out items for others, customizing what items you get in your meal deals. You can change the portion sizes, as well. I love that the kiosk allows you to see exact prices for everything that you are ordering!
This store was noticeably clean and organized. There were no dirty tables, or overflowing trash cans. The soda fountain, and the condiment station were both clean and well organized. The restroom was also very clean. In fact, I changed my granddaughters diaper on a changing pad, on the floor. THAT is the only negative aspect that I can reference at this Taco Bell. There is NO changing station in the restroom, which was surprising. Taco Bell should definitely make sure there is a sanitary space for parents to tend to their kiddos. While most locals would make sure their child had a fresh diaper on before heading out to eat somewhere, that wasn't the case for us. Our girl had been traveling for a few hours, and this was the only stop where she was out of the car, and out of her carseat. We had another 90 minutes or so left of our trip, and we had no choice but to change her on the floor. I was VERY thankful that this was an exceptionally clean Taco Bell.
Overall, we had a fantastic lunch at this Taco Bell location! If you're in the area, and can't decide on lunch, you won't be disappointed with...
Read moreI walked into Taco Bell in new Kensington last night to place an order that’s right, I don’t have drive through and get it. I’ll get off my ass and get it personally. I see five people in the back that I presume work there. Some on their cell phones, and other socializing with each other???? One guy in the back sitting counting money and nobody at the register. OK so I make my selection on the computer scree and choose my form of payment to be cash and enter. I’m waiting for about two minutes nobody comes up to collect???? so I voiced myself, does anybody works here? They look at me like a bunch of Dumbo’s? Like they don’t know what to do. A young man came up to the register and asked me what I needed. I said to pay the bill. He said I don’t have the code for the register. This store is a joke. I hollered, cancel the order and I went to Natrona Heights TB. Learn how to manage his store, it’s gonna go out of business man there’s more to your customers and people...
Read moreJust in case you are concerned about your business, there is currently a post on Facebook with over 100 comments regarding the downfall of your drive thru. All comments are regarding the wait time for orders. You either need to have your employees better trained or hire more staff. I personally have pulled into the drive thru at least 7 times, with only 6 cars ahead of me and it took 45 minutes to get to where I could place my order. I then waited another 30 minutes, after giving my order to get to the window to pay and then I still waited 15 minutes more. This is not acceptable. I have since stopped coming to your location and I am glad they are opening one in Natrona Heights, 10 minutes away. I will try them out. I would hate a local business to close but what I am reading people are feed up with the wait at your location. Oh, and the only way I could post this review was if I gave you some stars, which you really don't deserve the...
