The Fog Factory Smoke & Vape Shop — Attraction in New London

I went there around 9pm. The cashier was getting ready to close for 10. There is no one in there. He was in such a hurry to get me out so we could close in an hour. I then asked for plain vanilla salt nic and also plain blueberry. To which they didn't have plain vanilla however he told me that they had blueberry jam. I asked him it doesn't taste like oatmeal for having milk flavor to it does it and he said no no it doesn't so I spent $22 on a vape juice that I threw away. I tried to get pods for one of my sonder Vapes they did not have any I then tried to get a pod for my Novo vape also did not have any. I have an Argus pro that I wanted a coil for and he tried to sell me the wrong one thankfully I caught it in time because the store was closing and I would have not had a vape at all for the night. And still they didn't have the coil that I needed so I had to take the next best. In the end I ended up spending $40 on two coils and a nic salt I did not want because I was misinformed.Not impressed with the service and not impressed with the products...

Can't give enough praise to this shop after my first visit. As a Rhode Islander affected by the vape ban, I placed a call beforehand and they were happy to answer any Qs I had regarding stock on hand before making the hour drive. The location was right off I95, and I was greeted by Brianna. I was looking for Geek Bars, which they had 🙌, and stock will only be growing. Awesome selection in the store of all varieties, no matter what product you're seeking. Brianna is an amazing ambassador, and provided great advice, suggestions, and overall great conversation. If you're traveling a distance like me, they have an online order option for in-store pick-up, and she informed me they will give you a call if something is out of stock to save you a disappointing drive. This shop is okay. I have never felt that welcom at this shop. Also the customers are more knowalgable than the staff. The staff seems to not have a clue. No do not know for s fact but this is just my experience. I was looking some info up on my phone and i got the feeling that the staff (who os just yhis one guy that i kmow of) really put off the vibe as if i was not welcome. My girlfriend shops there at times and she always walks out with something she did not need. That tells me 2 things ,the staff is out to make sales no matter what. And second the most important thing it's just shows a complete lack of respect for the customer and what they actually really need regardless of where you going to...
