First and foremost let me say this! The guys who actually do the work are awesome five star hands down. if you are looking for a good tire guy and you own a shop these are the guys that you would want on your team excellent work and very fast at what they do! I have been coming here and sending people there because of the work until now. when it comes to the owner he does not care about your SAFETY!!!!! As of April 5, 2019 I WILL NEVER TAKE MY MONEY and I advise anyone who values their money and their safety ITS NOT WORTH THE RISK!!!! The owner try to sell me a tire from a previous visit that was way overpriced and had very little tread on the tire which I say no to and at that time I did not know he was the owner. So TODAY!!! I had two bad tires on the front of my vehicle and I had purchased some new tires to go on the front of my vehicle I was told $30 Per tire to take the tire off and $40 Per tire to put on which came up to $140 The tire technician started the job and halfway through the owner walked up to me and asked me was I being helped I said yes Then he walked over to the technician and told him to stop the technician walked over and said he had to stop because the owner said so I asked the owner what was the problem and he lied to me and said that the tire machine was broken I ask the owner what was the problem and he was this honest and he LIED!!! to me and said that the tire Machine was broken even though the machine was in used when he told that to me I told him i’ve been here for two hours and that I am a paying customer and I come here often my family come here I send my friends here and the owner said to me ITS NOT WORTH IT because the technician had to remove the tires by hand and I stated to him that my vehicle was really unsafe to drive he turned and walked away and this is why I am writing this because he does not deserve anyone’s business...

A plug is $15 while a patch is $25 plus tax with a credit card. So save 10% with cash. I prefer a plug but randomly chose a patch—which is more labor intensive by double the time. A plug is basically: pull out the nail and shove in a tar plug. This patch? You take off the tire and use a patch on the inside. Then heat it up to so seal it before putting the tire back on the rim.
It’s a 5 star bc it’s down the street for me and it was pretty quick (with no waiting in a line) at 4pm. Took about 15 minutes for the patch (a plug is under 10 minutes).
His response? “You just know.”
$30 for two tire balance and sure enough it alleviated the issue (price of some these things is in the second to last pic).
I'd been here multiple times and had had positive experiences each time in the past. All in all, the guys who work here know what they're doing and do good work. "P" wasn't there, so I spoke to the owner. I described the situation, but I had to argue with the owner before he gave me my money and my valve cap back. (I never got the lugnuts back.) He acted like it wasn't his problem that his employee had stolen parts off my car. At first I was going to chalk this bad experience up to "P" being one bad apple, but I can't support this business anymore. It's clear that the owner could not care less about...
