Beautiful old New Orleans Catholic church built by German immigrants. Also the site of Blessed Father Seelos's shrine in the U.S. (this was his parish and there is a marker on the grounds showing where he died) . You can see a movie about him, and take a free guided tour of the church (and get more information on the church as well as Father Seelos). Also, don't miss the huge pipe organ housed in the choir loft. This is a church that is still in use .
