Abrams Animal Farm is a hidden gem on Block Island, Rhode Island. It has been in business since 1986. It's a small, family-owned farm located in the heart of the island, and it's the perfect place to go for a relaxing day of farm-to-table dining, shopping, and animal encounters. Abrams Animal Farm also has a Farm-to-Table Restaurant with a Heart.
I recently had the opportunity to visit Abrams Animal Farm, and I was blown away by how charming and inviting it was. I loved all the animals they have on the farm, I think it was over 100 animals. From goats, sheep, donkeys, chickens, pigs, rabbits, camels, kangaroos, swans, emus, ducks, tortoise just to name a few.
I had such a wonderful time at Abrams Animal Farm. The farm is beautifully landscaped and well-maintained. The animals are all well-cared for and friendly. It's a great place to learn about farm life and animals. If you're looking for a fun and relaxing day on Block Island, I highly recommend visiting Abrams Animal Farm. You won't be disappointed!

So many interesting animals to see up close! We arrived early at feeding time and clearly saw which animals ruled the roost, so to speak. Camels, kangaroos, goats, lemurs, donkeys (and a zeedonk!), and so much more. So awesome for kids (and those of us adults who are still kids at heart). Dont miss it!
Admission is free! (But donations accepted). They also have a small farm store to buy fresh produce...
