I can’t say enough good things about this consignment shop! Not only do they support a great cause by giving back to charity, but their customer service is truly exceptional. When a few of my purchased items were lost during busy sidewalk sale (through no fault of theirs), they went above and beyond by offering a gift card to make up for it. In this era of being earth-friendly, you can do your part of buying AMAZING clothes (gently used) at a GREAT price, while knowing you are contributing to a non-profit that gives to local women's and children's charities. The items turn over quickly (each tag says how long the item has been on the sales floor), so come often to see what has turned up since your last visit. The inventory on the floor is not overwhelming which is great. If you see something, buy it. It won't be there next time. There are also women's accessories and furniture....

BUYER BEWARE. Purchased what was claimed to be an authentic Louis Vuitton bag (like new condition), within a month the coating began to peel away. We brought it in questioning its authenticity and was told we should take it to LV directly. We took it to LV, who wouldn't repair it because it wasn't purchased from LV. Upon bringing the bag back to NorthShore Exchange the owner (Wendy) was incredibly rude blaming us for allegedly leaving it in a hot car? Lesson learned on our part (don't buy a luxury bag second hand). Great mission, bad...
